You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

The front desk is open daily from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
