It was great. I had a room that had kitchen facilities. It was spacious and convenient. It was unusually cold,so I got an extra blanket. The staff were sharp and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat.

Its a nice hotel very well located in Bogota. Quiet, safe and great service. The hotel has almost no Lobby, breakfast is good but if they are full there is no where to be seated. Rooms are big and comfortable.

This was our first time in this hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a small, amazing and personalized hotel, this is it. The location is great and quiet, and the hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, which includes a lot of variety. The food is delicious. Angie, Jimmy, Paola and Cristobal who served our breakfasts were so helpful and kind. The service is outstanding. The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Fredy who works at the front desk and Rodolfo who took our luggage to our room and offered to take some pictures. They were very professional, kind and helpful. Without hesitation we highly recommend this beautiful and affordable hotel when you visit Bogotá, Colombia. The location is perfect, which makes travelling around the city very convenient. It’s about 20 minutes from the Airport and close to many interesting places. Centro Comercial Andino is just one block from the hotel, and it is a beautiful mall. We will go back!

Truly amazing staff! They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Also it's in a great location, I had a spacious suite, and the option for in-room breakfast. Highly recommended!

A gem of a hotel in Bogota - very good location - safe and close to good shops and restaurants. Room was large and well appointed; staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was the best we had in Colombia. Great value for money too. Would recommend if you are planning a stay in Bogota.

This hotel is amazing! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The room is big and confortable. The location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again, I felt like i was home!
