Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort

The landscaping was beautiful & access to the pools & hot springs was above average, however there weren’t as many lounge chairs as there could’ve been.

Beautiful destination resort with proximity to lots of things to do. The hot springs are very nice and well maintained.

This was a beautiful hotel. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and were blown away the second we arrived. My husband also has a peanut allergy and they were very accommodating!

Property was exception. Clean, neat. The thermal pools was awesome. No issues. Property is large, we used our car to get around the property. But I think there was a shuttle service available to get around the property.

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent customer service. The pools, bar restaurant and hotel restaurant were awesome. Our room was furthest away from the lonby but the hotel shuttle made travel convenient; never waited for more than 5 mins. Great location with volcano views and proximity to tours.

Beautiful grounds, mediocre hotel. Second time staying here and there’s been deterioration of the facility overall. Hotel cleanliness, views and breakfast was very good. The room we stayed in was huge but outdated and plugs didnt work, toilets didnt flush properly, very dim lighting and TVs are minicule and are not Smart tv so you can’t stream. The hot pool needs updating cement is worn, not inviting. They did issue a half night refund for the inconveniences . The staff was very nice.

This was by far above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were amazing, clean and felt well maintained. The property was the nicest I've been to and we were so impressed we all agreed this will be our spot for the next trip here!

Beautiful grounds with gorgeous foliage. Pool and hot springs were a highlight. Excellent meals and a good location to access local attractions. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Great location, pools and hot springs where great, kids loved the slides, parents loved the hot springs with swim up bar. Zip lining on site for extra charge is definitely worth it, volcano overview is worth checking out. Restaurant has great food.

We loved our stay. Room was spacious for our family of 5. Kids loved the pools and waterslides. Grounds were beautiful with a nice view of the volcano. Property is big, a little difficult to walk from our room to the main area but not a problem for us. Would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic time at Los Lagos. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The hot spring pools were amazing and clean. We really appreciated the natural setting and natural pools woven around the hotel and pools, which attracted wildlife. The breakfast buffet was great including good vegetarian options. Staff were great. Would definitely go back!

Excellent place to stay.

Beautiful resort , emerged into the lush jungle. Rich landscape everywhere you look. Ponds, lots of hot springs (different types and sizes, fun swim up bar), 2 pools with fast fun slides, wildlife (nature walk) and a trail up the mountain to a viewpoint of Volcano. The setting is just amazing. The breakfast was solid but didnt change much day to day. The wet bar pool menu was tasty, fresh and very affordable. We had dinner there once and it was okay. Nothing amazing. Service was good for all our meals especially at the pool bar. The room was basic but very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping. We saw lots of toucans around. Wish the room had more hooks or places to hang towels/swim clothes etc. the bathroom smelled a bit of sewage. However the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms daily. No bugs at all inside . Loved the proximity to the town and all the activities. Would definitely recommend

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the hot springs are great for young families. We found the food reasonably priced and delicious. The free breakfast was amazing. A car during the stay helps as the property is very spread out. Our room was spacious and well maintained. We will be back!

Overall the resort was perfect for our stay. A blend of near town and out in the rainforest.
