Really central property, however not the most sociable place. Extremely hot at night and there was nobody there on the first day to get the €5 aircon remote from. Really clean.

The stay was very convenient and affordable

The property was in a great location in the city center, and for a few nights stay it is worth the price! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and I would defiantly stay here again in the future :)

Property was centrally located. Reception was largely unstaffed during our stay. Receptionist tried to charge double the tax on arrival and later argued that this was a misunderstanding when challenged. Towels provided would have been inadequate as hand towels. Shower was tiny and doors broken. Wallpaper in rooms was peeling off. All in all I would avoid if other options are available.

The location is good, decoration is nice, and the staff, especially Kristina who hosted us, was very pleasing. But the place needs a serious air-conditioning -- the rooms were very hot and there was no ventilator. That is why no one could really spend time at the hostel besides sleeping when the weather gets cooler.

Hostel not accurately reviewed. 9-10 rooms sharing one shower and 2 very small "toilet rooms". Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillow almost nonexistent. No towels in "toilet room". Towel they give you is a large wash cloth. To top it off, our room (#6) had bed bugs and we ended up leaving after our 2nd of 3 nights to get new hotel room after we discovered bites all over our bodies and while packing our stuff up, inspected mattress to see bed bug full of blood. I do not usually review and am very relaxed about room choices but was shocked at all the 9-10 point reviews. Feel that it is totally inaccurate and misleading. Pluses do include location and cost which are amazing, but is far outweighed by negatives. I would not recommend at all.

The hostel was very good location pretty much in the square, very helpful and polite staff amazing trip!

Inez is super enthusiastic and helpful! She gave us recommendations of things to do around Zagreb and made us feel welcome at the hostel. The rooms are cute and comfy (even the mattress, unless we were too tired to notice haha). Only complaints are the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear neighbors inside and outside, and there’s no a/c. Oh, and the shower is a little funky... you have to hold the spout with one hand while you use it because it’s not attached to the wall.

Easy to get to on the tram from the bus. Great area. 2 flights up tho and only opens at 2pm. Room could use a fan.

The hotel is very central, just minutes away from the cathedral & some decent resteranuts. The lady who checked in was friendly and helpful. Tea & coffee is included. The rooms are basic but done out nice. The only issue was with the lock.on the toilet door which jammed numerous times. Overall good value for money.

Just nearby the Cathedral, so very convenient. could hear people talking outside from my room.

The hostel reception is only open from 2-11pm, we however were late getting there as our bus from Split was delayed, by the time we got to the hostel it was 11:30 and no one was there. Luckily I was able to contact via the emergency line on WhatsApp and the owner had expected we would call late so she left the room open and prepared for when we'd get there. Ines was a great help and was so friendly.

Convenient to all the areas in Zagreb easy to get around. Staff helpful
