Beautiful location. Clean comfortable apartment. Air con in one bedroom and living area. Nice pool plus access to sea via sun terrace terrace. Dining options within walking distance limited. Would recommended having access to a car.

My husband and I absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment. So clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed. The terrace and the view are so beautiful. Staff is attentive and professional, we couldn’t be more pleased. We can’t wait to be back and stay longer. This was such a treat, and highly recommended.

A large resort with spacious apartments. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Beautiful gardens and pool with great views to Slovenia and Italy. Kitchen is well equipped.

Comfortable place with beautiful view.

Great resort and location, fantastic views of the water. Only thing we didn't like was that in a Croatian resort, there was no English or Creation speaking staff in the restaurant. Italian speaking only.

The location overlooking the Adriatic sea is amazing, it extends across the bay to Piran and Portarose in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy. We visited by car (30 mins) the fantastic fish restaurants in the old town of Piran (Ivo restaurant the best). The Skiper resort has a great restaurant with great views and does a very good breakfast, the gym is very well equipped and the yoga sessions in the morning is a good way to get your day started. Plenty of shaded car parking under the apartments buildings. Large family swimming pool that has a cafe etc. there is a large area on the seaside with cafe and bar and sun beds with steps down to the water. Restaurants in the area are good and the Kempinski is a must visit for a meal or a night cap. There are Nice tennis courts and a large park. It is about 300 metres to the beautiful fully equipped golf club that also provides meals. There is an 18 hole golf course that is in very good condition and has a good degree of difficulty and challenging, we played twice with buggy and loved it even though it was hot. I highly recommend Skiper resort to families, groups, sports enthusiasts and couples alike. We will be back.

The resort is beautiful, both the pool area and the access to the see are very well equipped and the maintenance is good. There was also a beautiful playground for smaller children. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The minuses were: a very narrow bed with one mattress, plan your departure and arrival time carefully, as traffic jams at the border can be debilitating and the reception desk closes at 9 pm.

Great beach access, great value for a room that sleeps 3 with full kitchen and sizeable balcony with super views. Front office and on-site mini-mart staff were incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Umag area.

Good experience, beautiful resort

Amazing view from apartment. With the blink of the eye you can see three different beautiful countries Slovenia, Italy and Croatia. Perfect maintained, spacious designed environment and winter blue Adriatic sea. Very kind staff at reception. Best value for money.

It`s November but with a little sunshine you feel like in high season. A very nice place to stay and to relax.We will be back soon

A box spring is not a bed. Take mosquito repellent. Poorly signed so use gps. Even the guard for their security could not tell me where the reception desk was!

Neat and clean apartment with all ammenities and great view of water.

Everyone in the reception was very helpful during the entire stay and helped us with any question we had including finding a way to get to the train station in Trieste in the day of our departure. The room was spacious and accommodated our family of four in a good way. However the room had a strange smell to it, most probably from being a smoker room in the past, or that someone had smoked despite the rules not to. The kitchen was good but some appliances where missing like kettle and toaster, but there where post and pans and most things you would require, however not to much. Some more cutlery and things would have been good. The room also had a air conditioner which was needed since it was very hot during our stay. The switches to the bathroom included a switch for the water tank which we noticed that we had switched of during day two, cold water only in the shower... But turning it on again lead to the water heating up pretty fast. Good balcony in our apartment with good space to take out the clothes rack in the room to dry our bathing suites. The pool area was very spacious with The pool area was very spacious with a lot of room for everyone even during a hot day. The pool was split in two parts, one for smaller children with just a 20-30 cm of water and one deeper at around 1.4 meters. The sides of the pool became pretty slippery after a while and it was easy to slip so bath slippers or gentle walking was required. The pool bar served drinks and easier snack

Overall it was good. The place is nice and the view is beautiful. We went in a workday and perhaps because of that some service were not working like the store by the pool.

Very spacious and fully furnished apartment with a great sea view (Slovenian seaside). Breakfast was offered at nearby hotel Kempinski, but was not as expected.

First time in Croatia, beautiful area. Golf course was magnificent. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit w/ a sea view, unit 325, next time I will ask for either 125 or 225 because these unit have unobstructed sea views

Enjoyed our two nights stay. Ate in the restaurant, good food and a beautiful view. Only stayed for two nights. Would have enjoyed a longer stay.

We were traveling through Croatia and stopped at this resort for a couple of nights to relax at the ocean. The hotel consists of apartment units with a central swimming pool with pool bar. There is also a large deck at the ocean with a swimming pool type entry directly into the ocean (no risk of getting your feet cut at the rocks). Our unit with clean and as expected, yet very few items were provided (no kitchen soap or sponges). The big issue was that the resort has few restaurant spots that are overrun and require reservation, yet nobody mentioned that during check in. We ended up getting the last table at the most expensive restaurant. The staff should mention that during check in so that new arrivals can make reservations right away. Room maintenance is also very basic, with new towels, soaps and shower gels not routinely replenished.
