Very nice room and very quiet, which is exceptional given it's location in the center of old town. Very helpful and attentive staff.

A beautiful, small, well-maintained property with friendly, helpful staff!

This is a quaint 9 room (6 on one/main side and 3 across the alley) boutique hotel in the heart of Dubrovnik’s old walled city. To get to it you’re dropped off outside one of the gates to the city and one of the staff will meet you and help you get to the hotel with your bags. They were really great about doing this both coming and going. Our room was on the second floor across the alley in the 3 room building. It was kinda on the small side but laid out very well to easily accommodate we two adults and our large suitcases. The bathroom was modern and well stocked. The TV has all modern apps (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon) so that was a big plus at night when winding down. There’s a kitchen on the main floor of our building where on the morning we left a staff member cooked a great private custom breakfast for us (eggs to order, bacon, bread, fruit, cakes, tea, coffee, etc). On the day we took a trip to Mostar they packed a nice to go breakfast bag for us. We didn’t go to the main building across the alley so don’t know what’s over there as far as dining or other facilities. The rooms are bigger there I’m told. The hotel is situated in a small quiet alley bracketed by main walkways that have about a million shops, restaurants, cafes, sites, tourists, etc. The thing is we never really heard anything as far as annoying street noise which was very nice. Can’t say enough about the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Anyhow, highly recommend!

At Joseph hotel in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—right in the historic center, making it easy to explore the city’s rich history and charming atmosphere. The hotel blended traditional Croatian charm with modern comfort, offering cozy, well-appointed rooms that felt like a home away from home. The service was outstanding; the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect, providing great recommendations for local sights and dining. The daily breakfast was a highlight—a delicious array of fresh pastries, fruits, and eggs. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

A fantastic stay in a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast in the room each morning was great. Being met at the airport and then gate to the old town was an excellent service and made sure we found the hotel. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and the advice given by the staff about what we could do was excellent as was the restaurant recommendation.

Absolutely charming hotel with incredible service including breakfast delivered to your room! Front desk clerks are knowledgeable about the city and tours and restaurants. Fabulous to be able to wake up in Old Town Dubrovnik!

Beautiful property with great location! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was picturesque :) and delicious. Staff even helped us bring our luggage down to the hotel and arranged for some tours within the walls.

Staff members are incredibly attentive. Breakfast on time everyday and delicious! Not to mention beautiful. Made us feel special. Two things they could improve: 1. Toilet paper holder fixed. Right now it sits on the counter and gets wet. Not sanitary either. 2. Better lighting in the bathroom such as a make up mirror. It was difficult to put makeup on with low light. Minor issues but both would improve the overall experience.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The St. Joseph's Hotel is conveniently located in Old Town. The staff catered to our every need! We enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our room everyday with amazing home baked goods. If it is available you should have dinner at the St. Joseph's Hotel cooked by their Chef. I highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to return!

We were very well looked after by the staff—great location in the middle of the old town. I recommend the privately cooked dinner, a wonderful birthday treat for my wife. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful stay.

Great location in Old Town in historic building. The staff could not have been more helpful in helpful in getting in and out of Old Town (no cars allowed). Rooms were comfortable. Great breakfast.

We loved our stay at St Joseph’s! The room was lovely and comfortable. The best part was the personalized service! Every member of the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. In addition, a delicious breakfast was delivered to our room at the time of our choice each morning. Highly recommend this place to stay inside the old city.

We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bed and linens, central location and a really friendly staff. The breakfast each morning was pretty good, too.

Great little boutique right in the middle of the old town. No reception/restaurant/bar but very helpful/attentive staff. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside. Nice bathroom and big bedroom. Stairs only to rooms. Quiet even though it is is just off one of the two main walkways.

What a lovely hotel! Perfect, perfect location as it's just steps away from one of the main pedestrian streets in Old Town yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Staff were all truly wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, just a terrific experience start to finish.

This hotel was located in a great spot inside the old town, close to bars, restaurants and the beaches. The main host, Neminja could not have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always willing to help with reservations and recommendations. The room was amazing, clean and really comfortable.
