We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again.

Convenient walk from conference center, food bar and restaurant within it for convenience. On the red line of PID, so functionally very close to wherever in the city you’d like to go. Staff were tremendous, accommodations were clean and the view was beautiful.

It was a lovely room. The spa facilities could be better. The menu in the restaurant was good but limited. They charge 20 euros for guests to use the spa facilities. Overall it was an okay experience

I booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool on the top floor. It didn't say anywhere that you had to pay extra for it's use... it was 20E for 2 hours I think... and that was per person. When you get there, it is small (14 m long), pretty cold and definitely not worth the money. The view was great, but there are plenty of other places to get a fab view. There was a steam room and two saunas aswell, but nothing special - definintely not worth this money.
THe breakfast on the other hand was unreal. I would absolutely stay again for the breakfast alone. There was pretty much anything you could think of - English breakfast, beautiful pastries (lots of different types, cereal, toast, cold meats, fruit, porridge, yoghurts etc, etc. If you are staying then pay for the breakfast but not the pool!
The hotel itself was pretty good- clean, tidy, very close to the train so all in all a good stay - I was just cross that i was not told about the extra charge for the pool.

We had an Exec room with lounge access.
Good:
Good location. Very handy for the metro station where you can buy tickets. Remember to validate (time stamp) the tickets using the little yellow machines between the ticket room and the platform the first time you use them.
Polite staff

Exec lounge had reasonable selection of cold snacks, and wine.
Not so good:
Stained sink. Safely deposit box was not easily accessible (on the floor inside the wardrobe)
Room too hot. Air conditioning was not working so we were advised to open a window but it wouldn’t stay open. Room was too hot even when it was only 2 degrees outside.
Poor breakfast – several coffee machines not working, toaster not working, egg whites uncooked and runny, hot food was barely warm, no omelette chef on one of the days.
€20 each to use the pool, even when staying in exec room, so we did not use it.

Its was a very nice hotel in swiss montains ...very quiet after just open after winter ...never understand when hotel ask me to be evo friendly and save towels ..then give me 2 new soap and new slippers all wrapped in plastic in my 5 day stay ...
Also restaurant run out of cocca cola only had zero ...next morning was filled up on minibar with voca cola ???
Asked for upgrade with big balcony ..yes ok ...100 euros more...got than room with smaller balcony ....but no discount of upgrade:-(
Shrimp covtail cramed in small glass ...shrimp first then salat ...impossibility to eat together...stake was lala ...

Hate when i asked cleaning staff not to shut of electricity in room because you are charging computer and etc and they do it anyway ..take the card key out of socket ...had a room suite but no microwave...had to pay 30 euros extra ???
Had also to pay extra for keeping the car in garage 25 euros per day ???
One thing...they asked me the last day to please pay because the bill was more then they had charged the card and had still on hold ....around 300 euros difference of a 2000 euros bill....like they didn't trust me to pay the day after ...????

Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. However staff and service were wonderful! Very helpful.

We did not receive the room we booked. Unacceptable. Terrible breakfast buffet. Original Corinthian management, the buffet was excellent. A major downgrade of selection now. A false fire alarm at night was disturbing. It was false but after that announcement, they kept repeating for an hour. Disturbed sleep. Only 1 elevator was running out of 5. Wait time to use was unacceptable.

The convenience of the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately, my bag wheel was completely broken off when stored with luggage service at the hotel. Understandable things happy however I had to prompt the conversation and request the broken wheel that had just been left on the shelf my bag was stored and no further support or discussion was entertained rather blaming of other staff.
