Lovely hotel. Very quiet and safe area. The rooms were large and clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful. You can even buy bus tickets at reception. Some nice restaurants a short walking distance from the hotel. It's about a 15 minutes walk to the central area or a 3min walk to the tram which goes into the centre. Would definitely recommend

It is a really nice hotel. Very close to the Vyšehrad where you can visit the beautiful Saint Peter and Paul Basilica and have a pleasant walk through the adjacent park. On the highest floor, some rooms have terraces facing east- great for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had in any of the hotels I stayed.

Loved everything around this hotel! It was a very clean hotel! The staff were kind enough to switch rooms for us as they gave us one bed instead of 2 that had been requested in Expedia. However the hotel did not receive the request. Maybe some better communication from Expedia to the hotel on this.

This was our first time in Prague and we wanted a hotel not located in the city centre. We fully embraced Prague's excellent public transport options to get from the airport and the hotel is less than five minutes from the nearest tram stop. It's an ideal base for exploring the city, the rooms are large and secure, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would happily stay again.

This modern feeling hotel was clean, safe and quiet. All of the staff were extra helpful in finding sights that I wanted to see. It was a $7 Uber ride to Old Town Square. The restaurant had a great choice of meals and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL - GREAT SELECTION OF HOT & COLD FOODS. LOTS OF CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM.
CONCIERGE WAS VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY TO OUR REQUESTS.
CONS:
THERE WAS NO ICE MACHINE, SO HAD TO ALWAYS REQUEST FROM THE BAR.
MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT HOUSEKEEPING THREW AWAY MY WATER BOTTLE!!!! IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE GARBAGE CAN & ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION THAT IT WAS TRASH AS IT WAS AMONGST MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS ON THE TABLE. THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO THROW AWAY ANY OF THE GUESTS' BELONGINGS.

I stayed at the Hermitage with my husband and 18 month old and it was brilliant!
For us it was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere, we got to most sights within 30 minutes and got up to the castle in under an hour. There are great transport links nearby but we never used these.
The hotel provided a cot for my son which was clean and sturdy, with a small blanket too.
The room itself was huge and had a bathroom with a bath, and a second toilet.
We found the hotel perfect for us as a family! We will be returning to Prague in June and October for my husband's work and will definitely return to the Hermitage!
