Helpful reception staff. Option for dining at either the pub or restaurant both within the building. Ample parking and close to the autobahn. Nice breakfast.

Staff is very friendly, just the AC issue. Made is very hard to sleep because it was too hot.

Very nice and comfortable hotel off the highway about 20 minutes drive from Brno center. Clean and specious room with nice fields view. Good breakfast to our taste with hot and cold choices.Free parking at hotel front.

Pokoj byl na pohled čistý a uklizený, byl v něm ale nepříjemný zápach (zatuchlina) jak v pokoji, tak ve sprše. Provoz vzduchotechniky (klimatizace) velmi hlučný.

First, the woman who checked us in was SO friendly and helpful. Lovely person. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi fast and reliable. Samsung TV was easy to navigate. Very happy about the strict no smoking policy! Hotel is fresh and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great wine and a delicious, perfection cooked bacon cheddar burger. So good! Comfortable night sleep, quiet room. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Many options. Parking is easy, secure and free. Convenience store, gas and grocery store a quick walk across the parking lot. We would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay during racetrack events. Impeccable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of reasonably secure parking, very good breakfast and the restaurant serves delicious meals for dinner, too.

New hotel that has all required facilities. One of the best hotels in the world. Cleaning and ironing are free! Very good breakfast and the restaurant has delicious food for cheap price. However, you need a car as this hotel not close to the city, and check in takes long time.

Allt var helt perfekt, nära motorvägen, parkering utanför. Super fint och modernt. Bra service. Rummet var jättestort , rent och fint. Vi fick dricka hur mycket vi ville från mini baren gratis. Frukosten var jättebra med mycket att välja mellan. Så jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!!

Hier wird man schikaniert!! An der Rezeption arbeitet eine Frau, deren Verhalten gegenüber Gästen völlig inakzeptabel ist. Gäste ohne Reservierung werden von ihr in erniedrigender Weise verjagt. Ich selbst wurde Zeugin davon – und gleichzeitig ebenfalls Opfer ihres unprofessionellen und feindseligen Auftretens. Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung der vereinbarten Zusatzkosten (26€) für mein Kind ignorierte sie dies vollständig und verlangte das Dreifache. Laut meiner Buchung kostet der Aufenthalt pro Erwachsenem 50 €, für das Kind aber sogar 60 €. Dennoch erhielt ich weder Handtuch, Bettwäsche noch Kopfkissen – vielleicht als „Strafe“?, weil ich trotz Zahlung mich weigerte das Gästebett im Zimmer zu stellen, weil das Kleinkind ohnehin bei mir schläft. Die Rezeptionisti sagte mir sogar wörtlich, dass ich nicht wiederkommen solle, wenn ich so unzufrieden sei. Besonders schockierend war, dass die Rezeptionistin mitten in der Nacht ein Zusatzbett direkt vor meine Zimmertür stellte und mich so faktisch im Zimmer einsperrte. Dieses Verhalten ist nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern menschenverachtend. Am nächsten Morgen setzte sich diese Behandlung fort: Statt sich zu entschuldigen, tat die abdere Rezeptionistin so, als sei es völlig normal, Gästen den Ausgang zu blockieren. Frech und respektlos fragte sie, was denn mein Problem mit dem Bett sei – jeder könne es schließlich wegrollen. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel, das Gäste willkommen heißen sollte, absolut beschämend.
