This hotel was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. There are spa facilities on the roof that are really nice to use and the roof terrace with jacuzzi overlooks the castle wishing us beautiful in the evenings. Would really recommend staying here and would definitely return.

My stay was (unfortunately) only for one night.
The level of service matched the price + more. The super kind staff was always available and at disposal - even offering ad hoc help after check-out, e.g., ordering a taxi to the airport, and more.
Absolutely recommendable if you are looking for a pleasant and relaxing hotel in the very heart of Prague.

As I mentioned before, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, but we were not able to sleep well, even with the room upgrade that was given to us. The air conditioning simply does not work as it should. For that reason, I would not choose to stay there again.

The Emblem Hotel in Prague is in an excellent Old Town location, stylish boutique design, top-notch service from all of the staff, the rooms are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—modern with just the right touch of charm. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Old Town, making it super easy to explore the city.
Additional huge thank you to the staff who are the heart of this hotel, they were professional, friendly and amazingly helpful, and a special mention has to go to Ghita who was fantastic in helping us with taxis and advice on restaurants.

The location is excellent, and the majority of the staff are very courteous. The room is indeed small, though this is consistent with European standards. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some refurbishment, as the bathtub is rather high and requires particular care when entering or exiting.

The location is perfect everything except the castle is a 5 minute walk. Room itself is nice a little small if you have a lot of luggage but I would stay here again
