When entering the front doors you’re flashed with 4-stars everywhere, but it only goes downhill from there.
The bed wasn’t broader than 80cm, the AC wasn’t possible to switch of, the bathroom ventilation sounded like a hardcore waterfall. There was dirt everywhere, stains all over the place and the breakfast among the nastiest things I’ve experienced with warm butter smelling like blue cheese = yep, you know what’s up.
The best part about it? The room window was located approx. 25 M away from the busiest(?) railway in Denmark leaving you with a train passing through your brain every 2nd minutes.

Slidt og beskidt værelse, morgenmad med kedeligt udvalg, hvor der manglede opfyldning, udvalg og de varme ting var kolde. Der var samtidig ekstremt koldt overalt på hotellet. Således slet ikke en 4-stjernet oplevelse.

Beskidt og der var hverken varme i radiatorer eller varmt vand så man kunne gå i bad. Og da jeg ankom gik personalet hjem så kunne ikke få et andet værelse

The service is fine and the staff is friendly. The room had carpets with LOTS of stains. Probably clean but looked unsanitary.
The rest was well kept.
When looking at the customers, mostly business people and craftsmen, it is odd that breakfast is not served until 7 am. That is way too late for most of the weekday clientel, including myself.

Vi boede på værelse 216. Et rigtigt fint standard værelse. Det der taler ned for vores ophold er at værelset ligger ved siden af hovedeindgang og aflæsning af gæster selv midt om natten ( mellem 0100 og 0500. Nærmeste nabo et hotellets fælles toilet og rengøringsum. Så her var desværre meget larm. Herudover er der intet dansktalende personale og morgenmaden var første dag kold.
Noget som kom som en overraskelse er at vi ankomst blev opkrævet depositum for et forud betalt værelse. Dette er ikke oplyst nogen steder. Beløbet overføres først retur efter 1-4 arbejdsdage. Ved udtjekning er der intet personale og der henvises til en app som ikke lige er til at finde. Så generelt ikke en positiv oplevelse og vi overnatter her nok ikke en anden gang
