Best Western Plus Park Globetrotter Copenhagen Airport

I stayed in your hotel on 2 June 2025 to 3 June 2025. And again now for 2 nights since 9 June 2025 to 11 June 2025. When I checkin on 2 June 2025, I was shocked to find the condition of the room - see photos. When I arrived yesterday, I show it to the gentlemen at reception. He suggested I see a Manager today, which I did. I arrived at the counter to ask for a Manager but there was no one around at the counter until Mario, a receptionist showed up a few minutes later. I asked for a Manager and he told me under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel. Until tomorrow. I then asked for a Supervisor. He said he is the supervisor and if I could tell him what the reason. I repeatedly asked for a Manager as I was perplexed that for a hotel this size, there is no Manager on the premises at 12noon. He told me again, under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel until tomorrow. I mentioned to him if he would rather I escalate it on social media. He repeated again, sent the email. I then came back 15 minutes later and spoke to Flo. She took my number in my booking and promised me she will ask a Manager to call me on WhatsApp only. I’m as deeply disappointed that I am unable to speak to a Manager and the hotel would rather I escalate it on Social Media.

Helpful staff, very clean, very close access to Metro/airport

There is no phone in the rooms. In order to contact reception you need to go down. I stayed in room 551, the kettle for hot water was not working, it was replaced when I went down twice. Rest all is good.

Excellent location right on the airport Metro line. Convenient to catch the train to and from the airport. Great for our over night stay before an early morning flight. The room was very clean, but on the small side. Extremely comfortable bed.

the front desk staff was so helpful and kind, the room itself was nice. the only thing that bothered me at all was the shower, I felt like it could’ve been cleaner. it’s also very close to the airport which is fantastic.

It was good, enjoyed the stay it was a last stop from a longer trip! Tho I could get the air conditioner to turn off so just took the key card out.

Being close to Kastrup airport you can easily go there in a 3 mins metro ride and have all the services you need

Good quick check-in. Room, nice and clean. Great buffet breakfast. Lost my jacket and reception kindly returned it with humor. Also, free toothbrush and paste. Kudos to the staff! Great overnight stay.

Next to Metro station and a grocery store. Very convenient from airport. The view from my six floor room is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good hotel close to the airport. Next to the metro. Netto is opposite however in the middle of nowhere especially for evening dining. The bed was extremely comfy the room was spacious, would recommend. Good value for money

Some facilities a bit tired whilst being renovated, rom ok, breakfast v.good, service good, pool very quiet but a little cold. Overall esy location near metro station and airport but on way into city.

Fantastic location next to metro station and supermarket!! Super clean. Restaurant in the lobby. Easy check in and friendly multicultural staff. We will be back!

Conveniently located 3min metro ride from the airport and 15min from downtown Copenhagen. 5 min walk from a beautiful beach. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good. The rooms are a little outdated, lamps and outlets do not always work. There is no night table next to the bed which is a little inconvenient. Brown carpet had suspicious stains and could be changed. But linens were clean and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Would I come back? For a night before an early flight or after a late arrival, absolutely. And it is very affordable.
