A comment about check-in: we had to ask about breakfast details because the receptionist didn’t tell us. We also couldn’t find the lifts when arrived, they need some signage as there is nothing!!!

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful however the one downside was that none of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately we had two bad nights sleep as the room was far too hot (even in April) and there was no way of cooling it down. If the room had been air-conditioned our stay would have been perfect.

My wife and I didn’t like the comfort of the mattress, although I appreciate each individuals comforts are very different.
What did disappoint was the poor execution of a birthday celebration breakfast that I’d asked the hotel for upon checking in at mid afternoon.
Didn’t have breakfast but it did look a very good range of choices for all.
There was a connecting door that had very poor sound insulation so was sat listening to another couples drinkers conversation from 03:30hrs until they passed out at 05:00hrs. This guys lovemaking last 10 seconds thankfully!!

We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces.
The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro.
The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby.
Overall though, a good stay and would use again if in Copenhagen.

Everything was absolutely fine, except the fact our room was quite cold. It was the last room on our floor and probably didn't help either, however the main issue was there was no heating, the AC wasn't working. We did speak to the reception and we've been provided with the heater.
The room was in a great condition and the bed was very comfy, nothing else to fault.

The standard of quality of the room was disappointing. We had to ask multiple times for the right amount of towels (4 people, 2 towels given). Sofa bed not made one day. Kettle full of limescale. Broken bathroom bin. Tissue box not replaced for 2 days. No robes or slippers provided until requested. Complained 3 times. Reception hung up on us once and didn't answer the next call. Had to visit reception at 11:30pm in person to receive attention. A complimentary dinner offered as an apology with a promise to put our problems right. Dinner service was lovely. Broken bin was never replaced. Towels had to be requested again. Kettle partially cleaned. No one available at reception at check out to express our disappointment. Will not be participating in the rewards system as we will not be interested in staying here again and would not recommend to our friends.

Lovely hotel, located just 20 minutes walk in to the city centre. There is a bus service just outside and a metro just a 5 minute walk.
The view from our “Lake view” room on 20th floor was amazing!
All areas of the hotel were kept clean, daily room cleaning services.
They have outstanding customer service! From reception to all staff we met during our stay.
Just to mention, a Thai restaurant situated on the ground floor is a must. Please try it, you will not regret!
