1 Hotel Copenhagen was honestly the best hotel stay I’ve had…ever. And I travel quite a bit. Location is great, property is absolutely stunning and the staff is SO warm, welcoming, friendly and genuinely delighted to make your stay awesome…customer service in the truest sense. Every interaction was so delightful, I literally felt cared for and taken care of from the second I walked in the door until the second I left. Thank you Sam, Felix and the entire staff for making my first trip to Copenhagen such an absolute dream and delight.
