We love the hotel and have stayed several times. The area surrounding it is not super safe but that’s Bani. Also, there is no workout area. Other thank that we love the place!!!! We stay because of the high speed internet. That is the number one reason. Because we work online and need it.

This was our 3rd time back. We love that there is a restaurant on site to have breakfast. We also appreciate a convince store directly across the street. And there is a sandwich/hamburger place a small block away and the food is GOOD! Bani is not really a tourist town so you have to be careful about where you go/walk. But we LOVE the hotel and will be back again in the future!

The hotel was in the center of Bani. It was easy getting to and from the hotel. The parking lot was very helpful.

I had lost something in the room. I told him I lost something in there instead of checking everything. They just told me they couldn’t find it until later at night. They tell me they found it mixed with a bedsheet. And I was already too far gone.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to head south. When searching for alternatives, I was thrilled to find that my town now has a hotel where reservations can be made online. As with all my reviews, I'll offer my humble opinion.
Pros:
The hotel is literally in the heart of the city, making it convenient for anyone visiting Bani. It also has a restaurant and parking, which is more convenient than other hotels in the area. Customer service is exceptional, and the security staff are friendly and professional. The room size was adequate, and the air conditioning worked very well.
Cons:
The room I stayed in was comfortable, but I had a bad experience with the bed and room service. One of the decorative pillows had a stain that played with my imagination because it was not embedded but appeared dry, which made me doubt the cleanliness. Additionally, the sheets were not well washed. The bed was not very comfortable but did its job. However, what I really didn't like was a crack near the air conditioner, through which a lot of water came in during a heavy rain one night.
Overall, the service was very convenient, and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely use this hotel again when I return to my hometown, Baní.

Liked the cost-effectiveness of DPravia, convenient location, cleanliness of the room and common areas, as well as friendliness and courtesy of the front desk staff. Disliked some sort of dismissive gestures and attitudes from the cafeteria female staff, like they did not want to be bothered. Their apathy and apparent lack of desire translates into subpar service like serving cold coffee and food expected to be hot. In a week three visits to the area were enough; afterwards just ate outside. We may return though...
