Staff was very professional and accommodating to our requests. The restaurant was convenient and the breakfast had moderately good variety of food selections. The desk clerk also assisted us with obtaining taxi transfer to the NCL pier the next day.

Very close to the airport - only a few minutes by car....though the collection (which they organise) can take some time to arrive.
Had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and was booked in quickly.
The room was spacious and clean.
Outdoor pool was a much needed refreshment.
We ate at the mall opposite the hotel which had a fair amount of choices.
Had breakfast at the hotel, which we all enjoyed - plenty to choose from.
Check out was quick and easy too.
Would happily come back to The Four Points again and can absolutely recommend it.

We stayed one night before heading to join a group at an all-inclusive. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to use. The king size unit was small but clean and suited our needs for one night. The room amenities include a coffee maker, iron/ ironing board and the usual hotel toiletry items. The property was clean and is across the steet from a mall with plenty of restaurants. We ate dinner at Burlao Grill and both the service and food were great. We could hear doors shut and others talking past our door but it was not bothersome. We would definitely stay again.
