We look how Cony and clean this hotel was. Not to happy about the hallway noise. The walls are very thin you can hear everything..

We stayed here last year and we liked it so much we came back again! All of the staff was so nice very and helpful!!!

This hotel is located on amazing grounds - it is very beautiful. You can walk into the down town area but it is very noisy and quite a lot of traffic. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts (no buffet when we were there) was pretty average. You were allowed to order one item off the menu and it wasn't amazing. Overall though , we'd definitely stay again.

Perfect location not too far or too close to town. While it was in a busy street it was not loud and was comfortable for family’s

Beautiful small hotel. Drinks are really good. Staff is nice. Bed is super comfortable. The one bad thing is their dirty pool and jacuzzi! I have no idea why it was in that condition and it smelled bad too.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. This is the kind of place i would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We had high hopes for this stay since we really enjoyed our stay 2 years ago at Gran Jimenoa. The best part of this experience was the staff in the restaurant/by the pool, they were all wonderful. I believe this hotel could be great in a few years with some work done but I wouldn’t opt to stay here again. The rooms are standard, nothing special & on the smaller side which is fine but the beds are very hard and so uncomfortable. The rooms are surface clean at best. The shower design is odd and the water goes all over the entire bathroom floor and since there are no fans the bathroom just stays eternally wet and humid. The shower water also gets randomly scolding hot every few minutes. The door to the balcony did not lock and there is no handle on the outside door which was strange. The floor of the pool seems to be disintegrating away being cracked in many places, the pool is also not very clean at any given time of day. The surrounding grounds seem to be being worked on daily but have a long ways to go as they are just vast and empty. We were considering this as a potential wedding venue however the hotel sits on a main road and the constant outside noise is so loud 24 hours a day and all I couldn’t imagine trying to have a ceremony there with all of that noise going on. They are planting trees around the perimeter which I’m sure will help some when they are fully grown but I can’t imagine will resolve the issue completely.
