La Casona MC

Unfortunately we were there as the same time as two large groups who were very loud and we came down for breakfast twice with nowhere to sit. Had I looked more closely at the photos, I may have realized the basic double room had NO bathroom door, the toilet was almost directly in front of the bed and the sink was tiny. There were no night tables or chairs, nothing to put your suitcases on other than the floor. This was ok for one night before the cruise the next day. It is too far to walk to dine or see anything of significant.

Friendly, clean and organized

The LaCasona was clean and the staff friendly. The onsite restaurant took a very long time (over 1 hour) to get a hamburger, which was over priced and minimally good. There were only 6 people who ordered in the entire restaurant at that time. The staff had a minimal understanding of English so it was hard to communicate. Spanish is the spoken language. The bed was very hard.

Bed was horrible. Felt like the box spring not a mattress. No hot water to shower in the morning. Very loud area, children playing and screaming all around the hotel til past 10pm.

Check in was supposed to be at 1500, our room was not available until 1700

The place was very nice, but the staff failed to tell us there was a swimming pool, and they didn't have more than one blanket for the 4 of us

The staffs are very professional friendly, courteous, the manager/owner is outstanding, they make you feel like home, the breakfast is unique the way they serve it, this place is excellent, the only thing we disliked, we didn’t have tv signals and the Wi-Fi was not working, but nothing to do with the property, maybe the system crashed, we definitely coming back to this unique hotel

The staff is great and helpful. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The property and surroundings are not noisy and I felt safe walking around the area during the day time.

Quiet , breakfast made fresh , and beautiful staff

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff is gracious and very competent. The breakfast is delicious made fresh for each individual, not a buffet. The facility is beautifully decorated and maintained. The pool is nice. There is a mini market on the corner. No restaurants nearby.

Yrevligt mindre hotell. Enkel men bra frukost. Var på väg till kryssning så kan intw bedömma läget.

Este foi o pior hotel que me hospedei Não recomendo a ninguem Reservei 2 apartamentos um duplo outro triplo. Cheguei no hotel 21:00 hs cansada de um voo de 24 hs e o quarto que reservei triplo não havia disponibilidade. O chuveiro não saia agua suficiente para tomar banho. As lampadas do banheiro estavam queimadas . O café da manhã foi péssimo. Esperei 20 min para tomar café porque era bem precário o atendimento. Não tem funcionario sufiente para preparar o cafe da manhã. Nunca mais me hospedarei neste hotel .

Me gusto el hotel, es pequeño pero super acogedor y limpio, tiene piscina y area para descansar, el desayuno es basico pero muy rico, el personal es super amable, sin duda volveria.

Es un hotel de.paso. Incluso alguien escribía que hay una habitación sin puerta al baño, esa fue la mía!!! Lo mejor? El hombre del q nunca averigue su nombre, ayuda (?). El desayunl lo mejor!

Todo estuvo muy bien y también la atención del personal

Todo muy bien, muy amables las personas del hotel, los cuartos amplios, buen trato, buena comida y buenas instalaciones, solo el barrio es un poco solo para andar, preferible andar en taxi que en la guagua, queda muy cerca playa Caleta que es muy linda. Recomendable
