In my opinion, the hotel was nice and pretty clean, but it could be better. The service was okay, and if you tip everybody, you will have the best time ever, but if not, it's just a regular service. The food was good at the Buffet, but not in the restaurants; I was really disappointed. The shows and music were okay, nothing really amazing. I had to use my own speaker at the pool because the music was absent most of the time.
I had a good time, but in my opinion, this hotel needs more to be a 5-star hotel.

Everything was very good. We got the club side and there is no complain.
The staff is very friendly. We didn't need to use our butler. Actually he never answered on time, but it didn’t make any difference in our stay, because the rest of the people is very helpful.
The food is good. I can say some restaurants are ok, but some are amazing. Very very clean and organized hotel. I recommend it.

Everyone is really nice, the property is clean and the outside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. They have activities every day, multiple swimming pools and swim up bar. I would say the best part about this hotel is that it is family oriented. I stood in the colonial club which is for adults only and it was. I had a fantastic experience with my husband at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Also our butler Luis took the time to book activities and reservations for us and the finest restaurants in the hotel .

Demasiado rico. Emmanuel nuestro Butler espectacular. Los chicos del rest Italiano above and beyond, en especial su gerente. Desde las atenciones, amenidades, comida, la vista de habitación frente al mar. Todo divino. Lo único es q ya les está haciendo falta un upgrade al furniture de las habitaciones, pero nada q impida una estadía espectacular. Loca por volver!
