Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our seven year anniversary. The whole resort was beautiful and we loved all of the restaurants, especially the Japanese and Italian. The pool with the swim up bar was awesome. The staff was always so helpful and our butler Dario was very kind and helpful.

We spent 14 nights at the Majestic Elegance in the club (adults only) section. Our room, 4236, was ideally located near the beach next to the Sunrise cafe. Although it was a garden view room, we had a partial sea view from our balcony. The adults only concept is a great idea with it's own pool areas, beach area and beach cafes. You also get your own butler, although I don't think they were really necessary as many of the tasks they carried out you could do for yourself. Having said that, our butler, Peter, was excellent. He found us every day to see if we had any problems. Pros: Immaculately manicured gardens Spacious open plan bedrooms The key card wristband is a good idea as it ensures that you don't get locked out of your room (although it does cost $90 to replace if you lose it) Cabanas on beach for use of club members only Club members only pool and bars Adults only cafe lounge (Sunrise cafe) near the beach Room gifts - baseball caps and beach bag Good evening entertainment Cons: Bedroom decor in need of an upgrade Non club members with children using the club beach and sunbeds Cabanas being reserved with beach towels and then not used at all Quality and choice of food in some restaurants (the menu options weren't extensive) Food left out in the open for extensive periods in cafes Quality of drinks Sunbeds too close together The adults only beach area is too small so feels cramped Beaches are very crowded

The property was clean and safe. Lots of food options. Every single employee will give you the greeting of the day and will assist you any way possible. Rosa Elena was awesome taking care of our room and Miki entertaining us even talking on the floor walking by. The whole staff was great! We will be back!

Staff professional, very nice , super cool

Overall great property. It is large, be prepared for some walking. Good nighttime entertainment. Beach like all of the Caribbean is awash in seaweed but they are cleaning constantly. Staff goes above and beyond for their guests.

We love the Majestic Elllegance. This is our third time at this particular property and 4th time at a Majestic property, with the first being at the Mirage. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment is always fun .. can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely love people. There is no comparison with any hispanic that can offer such a dedication to a job. I ended taking pictures with the beach bar and restaurant people Maria Luisa and Maria !!! I will hired these 2 forever. They are real people so humble and so hard worrking. There is anybody who can say anything less than excellent. They will make you feel good eventhough you haveca hangover from the dat before. I recommend lobster in the beach restaurant. Adrian is a manager that deserves a high 5. I traveled with my 2 yeras old who cries and yield for food when she is hungry. This guy help me and made sure i was taking care I think they are super extremely good. Maria cristina from the brach buffet was making sure the plates and the utensils were in a perfect line. All details are taking care.

It’s a beautiful resort, the staff is more than welcoming and caring. I went there for my birthday celebration and they made my day special. I loved it and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning your next vacation to DR.

Magestic Elegance, excelente hotel. Una experiencia unica. El personal, comenzando desde el recibimiento, en el buffet Israel, Stephanie y Oscar muy amables y atentos. En los cuartos Mariana Alexis, en barra Juan Daniel, Ana Maria, en la piscina Martha en animacion Gigi, Melvin, Chocolate y Browny. Cuartos espaciosos y comodos. En general, todo muy bonito, excelente para la familia.

Great staff and hotel amenities!

El hotel es hermoso y espectacular. Desde el recibimiento hasta la despedida es excepcional. Gran servicio y buen ambiente desde el desayuno hasta la cena tiene un menu muy variado. De mi parte todos los dias me las pase en el Flavors que es el del buffet, pero fue excelente todos los dias con un menu diferente desde comida americana, asiatica, mediterranea, dominicana y varias mas a los demas no fui por no esperar ya que comia mas rapido, pero personas que andaban conmigo me indicaron que todos son buenos. En animación ni se diga excelente equipo desde la mañana hasta la noche lo que fue Gigi, Dairis, Sweet Brownie, Muñeca, Chocolate, Mervin y si se me olvido alguno disculpas, pero todos fueron increibles y se paso de maravilla. En la barra del lobby Manuel excelente, en la de la plaza Ana Maria y en la piscina el servicio de Marta, Juan Daniel y Victor fue buenisimo. De veras quiero volver. Lo recomiendo 100%

I like the resort and stuff. I reserved two beds but got one king’s size bed. On Orbitz I had an option with one or two beds and I chose two. At the property I was told that I should request two beds directly from property. I didn’t know that. I thought that since I had options one or two. I think this is a communication problem between Orbitz and the property. Otherwise I really liked the room. We had a water leak in our room. It took couple of hours and everything was cleaned. It was plenty of food and no one was hungry. I like fish and I didn’t have enough choices though.

My experience in this hotel was amazing! I highly recommend Majestic Elegance is safe and friendly staff!

Though it was a beautiful property, there was limited entertainment and also really not best quality food. Dishes and cups weren’t cleaned thoroughly between use too.

Everything was amazing and the group off the activities was the best love them will recomended 100%. And i will go back
