Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All inclusive

This property is beautiful. Its clean and the staff is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome and the experience is unforgettable.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Mirage. Alvaro, our butler was very friendly and took care of making our reservations for the 2 restaurants that require reservations. Juan, was also super friendly and always said hello and asked if we needed anything. Our romantic dinner for two on the beach was very nice as well. We also enjoyed our 1 day excursion that we booked through the hotel. We visited Saona Island and it was beautiful. One area of improvement would be the food as well as not rushing dinners. When we had our reserved dinner at the Japanese restaurant (hibachi), we felt rushed by the waitress. The best meal in our opinion was our dinner at the steak house. Overall amazing hotel and amazing staff! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Everytime I travel to DR I usually get sick. This resort was clean. They follow safety measures. I can happily say I didn’t not get sick at this resort. The food was better than other resorts I’ve stayed at. The only downside is that you cannot go to the hotels that are in the shared groups. For example there for three majestic properties next to eachother. You can only get food and drinks from the majestic property you are staying at. There is a pathway to walk through all so it makes no sense. The casino is also shared.

The property was beautiful. We did have a couple of issues that definitely effect our rating. We booked a swim up suite and when we checked in it unfortunately was not what was expected. We were at the end of the building and the pool was not in front of our room but off to the side. 3108 room fyi. After speaking with multiple people they did change us but not until the next day. So we spent a lot of time wasted our first and second day trying to get that organized. The second room was great. Staff tried their best to accommodate us but they should not be advertising that room as such. The food was good, the beach is spectacular. Staff are very willing to help. Always wonderful people in Punta Cana. One other issue we had was our pre paid pick up from Hotel to airport through go majestic did not show up at the scheduled time. Very stressful and upsetting. Had to pay 50$ out of pocket to get a cab. Tried to contact go majestic to get a refund but no one answers me. Very unfortunate. I normally do not have anything to complain about and if these issues didn't occur it would have really improved our stay. Beautiful resort though.

This place is truly paradise. We are a family of 5 with oldest kid 11 and youngest 2 and there was so much for them to enjoy. The food was really good not great

This resort is awesome, I would highly recommend it for families with kids. Our 2 daughters loved it, the foam party was a massive hit, it should be twice a week instead of only Fridays for kids. Samuel and Georgina were amazing, two fantastic people that knows how to treat your guest. Please make sure they are paid fairly because they make your resort a wonderful place . The property was beautiful but I never received the room I booked 8 months prior to our trip. I shared a bed with my two children. I spoke with multiple people to fix the problem and was told they are booked. It was not alright. We did not see our butler all week. The food in the buffet was awful. The dinners at the restaurants were great tho. It just seems the staff did not care like when I have been to other places. It was sad because we went for my daughter’s 10th birthday and as a single parent I tried to make it special for her. We will not be back

Beautifully kept with beaches and pools that were clean and never felt overly crowded. The staff were friendly, attentive and very responsive. There were plenty of day and night activities offered and we were always made to feel like our every need and request was top priority.

Resort Stay Review – Swim-Up Room (Age 39) The Room: Upon arrival, I was initially disappointed. While the room was clean, it had an odd smell and didn’t quite match the polished look shown in the photos. It felt a bit outdated. The jacuzzi tub, although clean and functional, had corroded jets and a broken drain that wouldn’t hold water. The Swim-Up Experience: At first, I was upset to find our swim-up room was on the outer edge of the resort, facing a shared pool with a few neighboring rooms, some landscaping, and unfortunately, a service road. Throughout the day, workers, cars, and mopeds passed by, which wasn’t the relaxing view I had imagined. However, after exploring the resort, we realized the inner swim-up rooms—while more visually connected to the resort—were constantly busy, loud, and lacked privacy. In contrast, our room, while not perfect, offered peace and seclusion that we ended up preferring. The Beach: As a Floridian from the Emerald Coast, I can be a tough critic when it comes to beaches. I was pleasantly surprised—the sand was soft and clean, free of shells or rocks, and the water was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs, though you do need to get there early to claim one.
