Majestic Mirage was an excellent place to stay and relax. We had a wonderful time and the staff are so friendly. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Majestic Mirage!

The property was visually beautiful from the outside/lobby and all public areas. The rooms ste a bit outdated. The food was not fresh for example the bread was stale and the food options over all were limited and lacked taste. The worse part was seeing roaches in the breakfast areas and outside our room. I would not return to the property. Best part was that the staff was super nice.

We went for 6 nights on vacation and celebrating our anniversary. It was a great experience. Majestic personnel made everything so special. Our butler Alejandro had our room so beautifully decorated, he really cared and focused on making sure we were comfortable. The maids, servers (Marcos among all others), cooks, hostesses were fantastic. the entertainment crew were great (Roberto Junior). Majestic has managed to hire such hard working, caring people. Great service, thank you all for making our time there so special.

The staff at this resort are top notch. Happy and always willing to help. The animation team, pool attendants and people working in restaurants are amazing. Friendly and helpful!

Our Butler, Vicky the best

Second time there a great experience as usual special shoutout to our butler Mr candio took care of everything we needed actually one gripe was the check in took a lot longer then I would’ve liked other than that great resort

The property was beautiful, premium drinks, great quality food, and amazing service/entertainment teams. We were incredibly impressed with our personal butler Francisco who made every step of the trip easy and enjoyable. Beautiful location, very accommodating. The only opportunity we found was the showers & balcony jacuzzis didn’t work great in the rooms. Otherwise, the resort was fantastic.

Was beyond perfect couldn’t have asked for better!

The staff seemed to like their jobs and all were very kind and helpful. The resort is very clean and the food/drinks were all high quality. Roberto and the entertainment staff were engaging and fun. Our butler, Alexander was always available and helpful.

El lugar me encantó . El servicio excelente. El mayordomo un trato excepcional . Lo único que deben mejorar es el servicio en el bufet principal los camareros no fueron atentos. Demoraron en dar la bebida y a veces no la daban . La verdad no habían tantas personas como para la demora de los camareros en el bufet principal. El servicio de animación y mayordomo 10/10

Great food and entertainment

I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is perfect for couples, families, friends, any occasion. Don’t plan to spend much time at the beach unless you don’t mind all the seaweed. It’s beautiful to sit there but very few opportunities to swim due to the amount of seaweed. I went with my daughter and stayed in the Over 18 areas. We had such a great time. There was always something to do, food to eat and beverages to drink 24/7, there were shows every night and the restaurants were good. The food didn’t really impress, but everything else did. We had a private pool with 7 other rooms and that was wonderful for quiet relaxation and there were public pools with swim up bars and music that we also enjoyed. All of the staff went above and beyond with every detail from the second we arrived until we got into our shuttle to return to the airport. I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage!

The resort looks amazing! Most staff is extremely friendly. Our butler Jeffrey was amazing, and checked on us all the time. The room was great! We had a suite with private pool access. Even though that was very nice, there were pipes from the pool emptying into the grass right beside us which made a big puddle the entire time. The pool with the swim up bar had some tiles missing and was a bit dirty. However none of it was bad! The food was okay, cafeteria quality. The steakhouse was really good. Unfortunately there was some seaweed at the beach but that’s just nature. All in all it was great and we will want to return. There was a lot of people that come there every year. It was a great trip!
