Resort is clean, staff is friendly, and we enjoyed the food!! Loved being in walking distance of the 2 other Princess family resorts.
Rooms could definitely use some updating but the beds were comfy and room service was always on point. Shower water never got warm but kind of felt good after being in the hot sun all day long by the beach and pool.

Pros: Amazing for the price … truly an unplugging and relaxing experience… the massages are so great and close by … the food and service is wonderful …
Cons: AC is not good at all … the WiFi was out or too slow to use most of the week. The beach was covered in sea weed (out of their control) … the vendors are a bit out of control and have too much freedom but what can you do?!
This is the second time we have gone so we obviously like it enough to return … highly recommend… again there are nicer ones but the price can’t be beat.

The only adult party of this resort needs a lift. Some of the employees were nice but the majority looks like they are not happy working in there.
I believe after a remodel they will be perfect of course they also need to give some hospitality courses for their employees

It was a cute hotel. I would come back again because of affordability and the relaxing environment.
The entertainment team didnt even try to speak with me once, one of the entertainers tried to get my boyfriend to join a crazy game but that was it, i couldn't tell you one of their names.
The beach was not cleaned, so much seaweed.
The food lacked variety but was edible. The drinks, i would suggest inquiring about upgrading to get access to the top shelf stuff. Some bartenders at the lobby bar made good drinks despite the bad alcohol.
Overall, the feeling i keep getting is , "it was cute ".

the property is beautiful, most staff are nice and welcoming, others just would like to get their shift over. We were "welcomed" with a promotional opportunity which I was not prepared for and was not "forced" but alot of pressure. The room I stayed in did not have hot water and the shower handle was broken. Ideal for international couples.

The property is very quiet and relatively small. The attached resorts are much more lively and have a lot more amenities and restaurants.
The shared spaces are nice, but the rooms need an overhaul. The sink faucet was rusty and hard to turn on, the room smelt musty, and our key had to be replaced four times because it wouldn’t work.
Overall, the resort is fine, but the 5 star reviews lead me to believe it would be much higher end than it actually is.

This is a 2-3 star resort based on an American rating scale. Food was not good and always had flies all around, drinks were weak- never ever got a buzz and I can get drunk on 1 cocktail, water is non potable in rooms and the rooms are old and worn down, linens are pilled…the beach was even covered in algae. The people were nice but the resort was not what I was expecting. The concierge did try to make it up to us after we had to call security when our neighbors started fighting and it got loud and physical. Walls are paper thin- you can hear everything…
