Adoni was very attentive helpful constantly checks in to make sure everything is being taken care of. Great for families will come back

The hotel is beautiful and lots of activities for the kids. It’s a little confusing at first with the reservations of the restaurants . They seem short staffed. Only downside was the service for everything was really slow. Angela was our only help to be able to make reservations.

Modern, elegant, comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff, accesible beach with plenty of chaises and palapas for shade, food and drinks are good and always available. During our stay Estalin was specially helpful making sure we had everything we needed and also securing reservations for a-la-carte dining experiences.

The main lobby and that specific surrounding space is decent. The rooms need to be renovated, and more buffet locations are needed throughout the property, etc.

Eatalin was amazing

1,200 ft lazy river was amazing. The many food options were pretty good. Book restaurant reservations beforehand, they do get busy.

Terrible la experiencia en este hotel. Hemos visitado otros hoteles en Punta Cana y este ha sido el peor. La atención es pésima, no hay casi meseros que te atiendan, pides un café en el desayuno y te lo traen cuando terminastes de desayunar. Las habitaciones súper sucias, las sábanas y toallas manchadas y ya no son blancas. Pagamos cash lo de el surf para los niños y cuando fuimos hacer el check out lo habían cargado a la habitación y tuvimos que volver a pagar. Son unos ladrones, nos cobraron doble. De verdad no recomiendo este hotel, no pierdan tiempo ni dinero aquí me

I didn't receive good service at reception, I only got into the room at 4:30pm, it wasn't ready, bad food, horrible service on the beach, housekeeping was a disaster, not good at all

The only good restaurant was hunter and if you go early around 6pm. The rest was so bad that the buffet was the place we ate after spending a couple hours at the restaurants. The roaches were crawling everywhere a lady started screaming next to me because she said she saw a rat behind one of the fridge at the buffet. At rio brazilian restaurant was the worst no wonder they shut it down the rest of the week bring cold food burnt meat from the outside but extra rare inside asked the weiter if i could get it a bit cook at least midium hes response in a rude manner was that if i wanted more cook he was putting it in the deep fryer.. Room smells bad dirty towels dirty sheets mold on the fridge doors ect.. it was a overall nightmare we only stayed because we had a group of around 30 and relocate that many people its madness. Angela the concierge was an angel indeed she made the difference

Property is Good. But service is not consistent among the staff. Others are very good some are okay.

Both bathroom vanity sinks were clogged when we checked into our room and stayed clogged during our entire stay. We talked to our concierge, made a call to guest services, filed a maintenance request, etc. By the time we were checking out, a horrible smell permeated our fairly pricey swim out room. It was enough that we will never stay at a royalton again.

For me it is an excellent hotel for families. I fell in love.

Beach horrible all area no just royalton, The best and only one thing is the food A lot seafood steak, good fruits etc.

TRAVELLERS BEWARE...this is not a 5 star resort nor anything remotely close to it. The food is terrible, poor management, crippling understaffed, staff are rude, property drastically needs repairs and renovations, and guests are hustled and harrassed starting from checkin throughout the entire stay from staff selling items and expecting tips for everything, as well as the local vendors the resort let on the property in addition to the many on the beach. It's crawling with giant cockroaches and we even weirdly saw alley cats. The rooms reap a smelly odor of mildew -- saw mold at the bottom of tub. Toilet paper ran out on last day and wasn't replenished. My husband was injured on the pavement that caved in leading to the walkout pool and went home in crutches after going to hospital and doctor visits. The worst, stressful vacation we ever had. Will never go back.

Tenían muy poco trabajadores y en los buffet. Los restaurantes a la carta muy difícil de reservar y logramos reservar el Italiano y no llegamos a comer por qué después de 10 minutos esperando nunca llegó nadie a nuestra mesa . No tienen teatro los shows eran al aire libre no impresionaban . Muchos vendedores dentro del hotel y en la playa. La comida bien sabor las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. Mi habitación era en el edificio 14 en el tercer piso y desde que llegamos estuvo roto el botón de llamadas del ascensor. Lo pueden apreciar en la foto . Creo que no regresaría al hotel .
