This resort was wonderful!! The food choices was very good. We really enjoyed Zen and Hunter Steakhouse. Thumbs up to Ari and Zuleida in the beach bar. Another thumbs up to Orlando at the pool and Argenis in the restaurants. These people are awesome. Two thumbs down to Pamela. She is very rude and should find her another job that doesn't involve being around other people. I give this resort 5 stars.

The stay was fabulous the check in staff was so helpful Eric and Luis manuel and Eric who saw that we had a late flight and done everything to accommodate these pupils are truly amazing and will be coming again once I’m back in DR

Buena experiencia y recomendado. No le di las 5 estrellas porque reservar en los restaurantes es una odisea casi imposible, que crea malestar ya que no es la expectativa. Si logras conseguir reserva, son muy buenos y el Tepanyaki es el mejor. Si no lo logras,al menos tendrás buena experiencia en el buffett ya que el salón es muy bonito, limpio y la comida muy buena.

Since our arrival, my stay at the Royalton Punta Cana has been among of the best. The check-in process was quick and simple, and Jefrey was always helpful and attentive. The meal was excellent, and Jefrey was able to make reservations at nice restaurants while we were there. I had an amazing vacation; the cuisine was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the buffet Macré had fresh juices, steaks, fish, and seafood that was prepared to order on the grill. Th hotel's Expedia dedicated customer service team was excellent, and I heartily recommend it! Jefrey is a fantastic asset, always attentive to the customer's needs.

We experienced several serious issues during our stay that significantly affected our overall experience: • The glass panel in the bathroom was practically detached and had no seal, causing water from the bathtub to flood the entire floor after each use. • The bed sheets and towels were worn out and stained. • The food at the specialty restaurants was poorly prepared, and the service was extremely slow. • The flooring in the water park area was dangerously slippery, leading to multiple falls — especially among children. • The family pool had broken tiles, which caused several cuts on the feet of my 3-year-old son. • At check-in, we were informed that checkout was at 12:00 p.m. However, when we checked out at 2:00 p.m. — after lunch and having already handed over the room to the cleaning staff on time — we were charged a fee for late checkout. This policy was never clearly explained to us upon arrival. I believe these issues should be addressed promptly to ensure a safer and more pleasant experience for future guests.

The property is huge! It’s a very beautiful hotel. Alot of food options. We paid for the diamond club upgrade, the only thing I didn’t like was some of the diamond club bars did not have the premium liquor of our liking. So we did drink from our own bottle in our room a lot. Other than, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is good , beach is suck because there have seaweed a lot. Jade restaurant is okay and not well food. My partner and I suppose to get king bed but there had double beds.

My guy Jeiffrey was a big help.

Todo muy bonito, los empleados muy amables, las habitaciones super limpias y organizadas, la comida muy buena, y sobre todo se pasa un momento familiar muy increíble.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. Ozuna was phenomenal.

The Royalton Punta Cana was a lovely property. The staff were very kind and efficient. Our Butler, Christian was remarkable. He a joy to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our only complaint is the food. The steak at Hunters was thin and definitely not grilled. For an added charge you can upgrade your meat selection. Grazies, Italian was fair. The Mexican restaurant wasn't even fair. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to Shrimp. Was given a card to give to the hostess stating my allergy. Problem is that I don't speak Spanish and couldn't explain about cross contamination. They have a lot of shrimp on their menu. Under the Sea was good. Christian made sure that there wiuld be someone there who understood my allergy. Overall, the Diamond Lounge had decent food, as well as the Diamond bar on the beach.

My wife and I, along with our two daughters (14 and 9) recently spent 5 nights at the Royalton Punta Cana (Diamond Club). Like those of you reading this review, we also read a decent amount of reviews for RPC and I'll try my best to summarize my thoughts and my experience. First, I'll like to show my appreciation for Ozuna, who was our designated facilitator ("Butler"). Without him, our stay at RPC would have been uncomfortable and stressful. I will strongly encourage upgrading to Diamond, it's worth every penny. I'm giving my overall experience a 3/5. The good: This place was absolutely beautiful, the property is well-kept and the beach was pristine with very little, if any, seaweed. The pools are clean and the water park was great. The food was ok, but I didn't expect it to be amazing being the amount of guests that flow through this resort. The bad: In our opinion, 7 out of 10 staff members we interacted with were rude and almost left us feeling like we were unwanted or uninvited guests at a house party. I really hope my review, and others similar in nature, captures the attention of upper management at RPC because this place is really beautiful and I believe the staff should enhance the experience not hinder it. We treated all staff members with a smile and we were always eager to show our appreciation with generous tips. Our stay at RPC was short and I'm saddened that moments during this stay made me regret spending my money here.

Property very convenient Swim up building 5 looks good

I've stayed in various Resort here in Punta Cana, but the Royalton is currently in my top 3 favorite Resorts. From the staff, the food, the facility everything has been outstanding. Such a peaceful and beautiful place, me and my husband were delighted with everything and everyone. Jeifry vargas and everyone else's offered us an incredible experience. I hope to be back soon, with the rest of my family.

Mi wife went on August of last year and she wasn’t to happy with the food. We went together on the month of April and she said that the upgrade on the food was incredible. She felt in love with the resort and she will like to visit again. For my first time visiting I give the resort a 10/10.
