Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

Great property, awesome location. Food was great and staff was amazing. Guest services do a great job. Front desk and F&B are very attentive I have to say I would definitely come back.

I would return to this resort every year. Some of the waiters had very poor English which resulted in incorrect meal orders. They needed more activities for kids because the teenagers club and game rooms were empty buildings. Overall it was a great vacation

The resort was amazing, staff was lacking and unfriendly and the Diamond Club service with our butler was a disaster.

The grounds are perfectly kept. Lounging area is large and seats are comfortable. Can easily find a quiet or covered area.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was pleasant. The thing that we didn't like was the advertised entertainment. We didn't see any of that other than a pirate show for kids. Advertised premium channels need to specify Spanish only. Advertised 24/7 room service that was not the case. Advertised stocked mini-bar. That was not the case. Pools and outside bars were closed too early. Not a lot of food options.

Stephanie and Juan were awesome!! Very attentive and great service! It was our anniversary and they did a nice surprise in the room. Very special!

It was amazing, I would go back

This was our 5th visit to the Royalton in 5 years. The resort is beautiful with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The butler Valentin is amazing. We ask for him each year ! We plan on returning again next year

The service Manager Stephanie was amazing with trying to accommodate our group of 17 people. The people within the bars and the chefs at the buffets were amazing as well will recommend to friends and family.

Royalton is the best plain and simple

This is our second time staying at Royalton Punta Cana. The staff and property continue to be quite nice. Unfortunately we wasted a great deal of time with a very aggressive and rude sales person from their Prime Travel Membership club. The lady would not take no for an answer even after she took up a great deal of our time. She then started saying some pretty nasty things, and did not care that we had a baby to put to bed. When the whole thing was over it took us hours to settle him down. I would say this whole day was a waste because of this experience. They should cut this program. Next year I will try another property.

We stayed here for a wedding and I was very disappointed with the food options. First be aware you must book all dinning at restaurants 24 hrs in advance, yes even before checkin day. The buffet on site was not open or available for lunch/dinner when we arrived so we had to go to sister property. The buffet food is meh, There were no Dominican foods available. The best meal we had was the Habatchi restaurant onsite. Yea, soak that in. Everything was fast prepared meaning warm and serve even down to the coffee. It wasnt even Dominican coffee. This resort food was very Americanized and non flavorful. I even had issues with Room service. When I placed an order for breakfast 24 hours in advance I was told we needed to place the order 45 minutes before we were ready to eat. Eventhough the time was available for selection. Then upon me placing an order at the time they proposed I was told there is not enough staff to deliver. So we opted for a later breakfast that was delivered 15 mins late ans had items missing. Yes the Hotel is clean! The property is pretty however the staff is pushy and intrusive. We were laying in bed and one of the housekeeper just walked in the room. When we stated no no no she still proceeded to sweep and clean the floor so we just gathered our things and walked down to the beach. During this stay we were upgraded to A Diamond Club room but the view from the room was the loading dock. We wouldn't stay here again.

The WiFi didn’t work in my entire stay and staff was no able to help.

A wonderful place to stay we came down to check things out to see about possibly having our wedding here and now without a doubt we have made our decision the people the food the views everything says paradise here!
