Secrets Tides Punta Cana All Inclusive - Adults Only

Beautiful property well designed elements of nature within was relaxing Excellent pools and restaurant choices. Staff all around was exceptional with there service. The spa experience was great for a first timer eould do it again.

Very good food! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a laidback vibe. Nice drinks and good coffee from the Cafe. Beach service is also good and surrounding areas seem quiet.

Secret Tides in Punta Cana is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning beauty of the resort. It felt like paradise—lush, serene, and picture-perfect in every corner. The service was nothing short of amazing—everyone was so kind, attentive, and made us feel completely pampered the entire stay. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat, from breakfast by the beach to dinner under the stars. The variety, the flavors, the presentation—five-star all the way! This place is the definition of luxury and relaxation. If you’re looking for the perfect escape in Punta Cana, Secret Tides is where you want to be. Can’t wait to go

Decent Secrets.Tierra restaurant was our favorite. They definitely need more room on non preferred beach. They have chairing is caring signs up but…You HAVE to play the chair game at 6AM or you won’t get a seat. That is their fault not the guests. Staff was good. Pools nice. Left dishes in my secrets box for literally 3-4 days. I asked for pickup everyday.

This property was amazing! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the food. Only 3 out of the 7 restaurants were great. Which was disappointing.

Overall an excellent resort - good food, not crowded, beautiful beach, etc. Only a few items that missed: -Check in: I was charged about $140 (USD) more than quoted. Most likely due to exchange rate as they ran card thru their card reader and gave me a 1” x 2” receipt printed from the reader. Staff was unable to clearly explain or provide a detailed receipt. Told them if they would have provided a detailed receipt like we are used to getting in the US it would have been nice. Not sure why a Hyatt property uses a separate card reader to process credit cards… -Restaurants: Most were very good, but the Italian had some confusion with their staffing and we were not at all happy with main courses the night we ate there (thank goodness the buffet was open that night). Buffet was overall very good. -Location of theatre: Resort is relatively compact so the theatre is open to main pool/room areas. Somewhat loud at night in the guest room if they are having a loud show or conference event. -Cushions on lounge chairs: There was some rain/showers during the week so the cushions were often wet. Some were getting moldy.

The entertainment personel was outstanding, specially Mayra. The shows were average like any other resorts in PC. For the most part everyone was very friendly. This was an “adults only” resort, but our group of 11 were treated like if we were kids. Our first day was amazing. Richard and Sulaika at the back pool bar were the best! We were 11 people and we kinda separated ourself from the rest of the guests visiting the pool. We did not want to bother anyone or did not want others to feel uncomfortable around us. The next day we decided to meet in the same spot for breakfast. We all met there again and had a hookah ( we also had it the day before) and a small speaker. Apparently some other gusts did not like the fact that we were having such an amazing time and called the main security un us, his name was Eduardo. We complied with everything and continued having fun. From there we went to one of our team members room with a swim up pool till we had to get ready to go out to eat. Good was average also. The next day we were approached by the same head of security because apparently another/or same guest did not like the fact we were playing music at average volume in our room. We were also shown a video taken by the guest who complained, were it clearly showed we weren’t even in that room/swim pool at the time of the video. Beer keg lines need to be cleaned in the whole resort. The smell really dirty, and contaminated with bacteria’s. Try to drink out of cans instead.

Not up to what one would expect for 5 star hotel. Dishes and cutlery often dirty. Beach bathrooms (men’s and women’s) often unclean and void of soap, paper towels and even no water at times. Very inconsistent food quality and service. I was non preferred guest and felt restricted and left out of some of activities and services.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food was terrible, and the resort felt more like a timeshare check-in than a vacation destination. While the room initially seemed nice with a pool view, issues quickly arose—on the second day, the shower began leaking heavily, we found several small spiders in the our bed, and some of the outlets near the bed didn’t work. The resort lacked any engaging activities at night, and the restaurant food was barely warm. The buffet food looked like it had been reheated multiple times, and even the drinks were subpar—it took 10 mojitos to feel any effect, and I’m an extremely light drinker. Also the supposed upsell of the butler was WORTHLESS he hardly checked in and on our last day he didn’t even know we were gone until we boarded the plane! I wouldn’t return, especially since the staff showed little concern or effort to address these issues when brought to their attention.
