I enjoyed my stay, it was exactly what I needed.

Staff work very hard to ensure your comfort, very pleasant ,friendly and helpful, felt like family. Lots of amazing food and restaurants to choose, from fine dining to buffet. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Everything is so clean and well maintained . Quiet and serene, beautiful private beach. We will definitely return to this resort...

All inclusive, I paid full price and I couldn’t bring a guess in after the fact. To think all inclusive by myself lolol. I will be dealing with this issue promise.

Beautiful Beach with calm clean sandy beach. Good food and relaxing atmosphere-especially in Adults inly section. Herman restaurant is outstanding and best in resort. All beach bars are great. Swim-up room was perfect for us and we enjoyed every moment.

Liked that it was quiet not a lot of people

8/10 would be my rating. The food was good, the buffet was better than the restaurants on the property. I read some of the reviews complaining about WiFi and water temperature; however my showers were warm, and I didn’t experience any issues with WiFi. The staff members were nice. The neighborhood the hotel was in was pleasant.

We stay in the vip side, but food very very limited, 10 days there just tried 2 restaurants others never open or bad food. Just one bar with premium drink, if you move to other part of resort not even bottle of water. We decided to leave a day before because Sunday they sale day pass and was full of people and we can’t even eat. I don’t recommend

Is was good and quiet

Very good

The only thing I did not like was the time that the snack close at 1am way too early and I was not notified about it. The disco was open until 2am and the snack closes at 1am. That’s very inconvenience for the clients that utilízate the disco.

Horrible place

This is the worst place i have been to. There are rules for some people but not for others, for example someone had a speaker on the infinity pool and it was fine but when i had it the told me to turnedit off.. The food you have to go to the other side i dont understand why would you pay more for an exclusive thing if to eat you have to go to the other side. The reception staff has horrible customer service, our room the air-conditioning wasn't working properly and we told them since the first day, and they didn't do anything until the last day when we were leaving they wanted to change our room.

It is large and well kept

First off , let me say the 4 stars is for the "Select" area of this hotel, which is where I stayed. The rest of the property is (maybe) a 3. This is obviously an old property that has seen some renovation, but could use more. The ocean behind the hotel (there's a small private beach) is very rough. Do NOT attempt to go in past waist-deep unless you are a good swimmer. Pool area was nice, but could use more activities ( a little dead). Food quality at the buffet was "meh". The a la carte restaurant called Hermann's (available only to guests in the Select area) was better. The quality of the liquor at the pool bar in the Select area is also considerably better than the rest of the hotel, so if you want good liquor, book the Select area! That alone makes it worth the extra money. One last note on my experience in the Select area: the level of customer service was far, far above what I experienced in other areas of the hotel. Everyone I interacted there deserves five stars, from the guys at the pool bar, to the maitre d and waiters at Hermann's restaurant, and even the maid. But one person really stood out for me: Francis at the Select Reception desk (yes, we even had our own reception area!) . One note of warning: the staff is constantly cleaning the hallways (which is good), but the floor tiles are EXTREMELY slippery when wet, so watch your step, especially after a few drinks! One last word: remember that a little tipping does wonders for customer service...

The food was amazing and the sunset and views and drinks were really great i would go back

This property is in good condition and the staff is super. I recommend this hotel and I will come back to this place.

We were there 3 days and the beach was closed for 2 days due to the red flag notice. We checked out and it was still closed.
