Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

Staff was amazing. pool was beautiful. food was delicious room. the room was perfect

Pros: - Beautiful hotel - Amazing staff - Food - Water park - Drinks - Suites were amazing - Baggage guy "Kelvin" was awesome Cons: - Lack of nightlife - Restaurant wait times - Overpriced hotel - Beach was dirty and unusable - Too much walking, no transportation within the hotel - No elevator - Food made me go #2 on the first day Overall I will go back if the price drops significaly.

The VIP service was excellent from the moment we arrived felt welcomed. The room spacious, clean and the esthetic on point. We had dinner at the Italian, steakhouse and buffet and they all didn’t disappoint. Also, the activities by the pool were very entertaining. Overall we had an amazing 5

Beautifully maintained property, beautiful pools, sand beach with palm trees, very friendly and attentive staff, lots of food choices and all delicious. Fun entertainment.

The Wyndham Alltra was such an amazing stay. The dining, the water park, the spa, gym, resort activities was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming! I was a part of the VIP check in, and I was treated with such care and courtesy. My room had a little issue and right away the problem was fixed. FYI: my favorite dining was UMI.. the food and energy were great! The only thing I wasn’t able to enjoy was the beach due to the seaweed occurrence. I heard it’s not like that all the time but it was truly Mother Nature fault! lol Overall I had a wonderful time.

En la playa no nos pudimos bañar, sucia total toda mi estancia, por su puesto con la naturaleza nadie puede pero fuimos a otra playa y el hotel tiene su protección para que eso no suceda, el bufet nada de variedad en toda mi semana de estadía allí y te encontrabas muchas líneas vacías que ya se habían agotado y nada de rellenar, el piso de la piscina, parque de agua y áreas de caminar pues muy revaladisas vi una persona caer y heridas en su cabeza , (algo nunca visto en ningún hotel que he visitado en República Dominicana, les dejaron una carta de mal gusto a personas que estaban allí que andaban juntas que si tomaban y se pasaban como sentirse contenta , porque eso fue lo unico que pasó , pues que tendrían algún problema, eso fue algo nunca antes visto algo súper desagradable,claro supuestamente era por la protección de una caída por ver bebido un poquito de más ) hemos viajado 19 veces allí y nos hemos divertido correctamente y jamás ha pasado nada al contrario muy amable ellos con todos cuando nos ven contentos y pasándola bien ,la música pues bien limitada vamos a disfrutar de nuestra música latina y es todo lo contrario en una sola parte de la piscina ,de tan grande que es y casi toda es para las actividades que si estaban bien organizadas y buenas, el en bar de la piscina pues no dejan poner su música propia solo es la de las actividades el personal bien agradable , primera vez que haga algo de crítica de un hotel , ni me guso al 100 , creo no volver más .

Mi estancia en el hotel fue la más Maka que he tenido en 10 años viajando a hoteles todo incluido, la comida es pésima, la calidad malisima, la atención a los cuartos en cuanto a mantenimiento muy mala , una semana reportando que el agua no calienta y no lo arreglan , la playa no nos pudimos bañar ni un día , la animación solo en una parte de la piscina y resto como funeral , no lo dejan fumar al aire libre , ni poner música desde su teléfono en el área de la piscina porque no hay animación en fin la experiencia más bala en 10 años y que no se pase de trago porque le mandan una carta que si se repite lo sacan de la propiedad solo por caminar de lado , a las cocteleras le prohíben llevar mucha bebida a los clientes las limitan , en mi vida regreso a ese hotel ni aunque me lo paguen por estar ahí, la bebida solo nacional si no es de club no tiene as eso a las pocas 3 bebidas internacionales como los whiskers, el servio de comida a la habitación no sirve y si arte de eso te cobran por llevarte servicios como quesadillas y nachos que es lo único del menú prácticamente

Francis was one of the best at customer service! Everyone was friendly and polite (for the most part). Would absolutely go back.

Was very hesitant as this is a newer property but it did not disappoint. The food was very good considering it was resort food and I’ve never had a good experience in the DR with food being good. Ricardo and Sucre were our favorites as they made us feel warm, welcome and treated us like family. The only downside I felt was that the pool closes early and that the shows start late and aren’t very long. Other than those two minor things the resort was very clean, the water in the showers was STRONG and HOT, the rooms didn’t feel terribly sticky and the property was very clean! We def would re visit again if we went to the DR

The property was great, food was better than other resorts we stayed at (Dreams). Over all it was a good stay.

There were limited dining options, only one buffet and two other restaurants open at any one time. The rooms are tiny, very few staff members speak any English, you have to pay for room service delivery. No snack options late night. Sub par entertainment, very poor customer service

Floors are very slippery not only around the pool. I felt close to the lobby and 2 staff members had to help me i was dried and sober normally walking when i felt to the ground. I am very disappointed that the supervisor and manager didn’t care to apologize they ignored me and told me i should be more care. They didn’t even confirm with 2 members that helped me,my stainly cup flew and the lid broke and was told by the supervisor i didn’t needed to bring it. No food variety and room keys stop working in the middle of my stay.

Lamentablemente fui a cojer stress :-(. En mi room el toilet tapao. Me cambiaron a otro room y no habia agua caliente (aunq despues lo relation). Pero el tener q estar complaining me estrezo!!. La comida del Buffett “La ventana” horrible y para el como la comida fria. Los restaurantes a la carta excellent y el servio al clients muy bueno.. Para mi gusto el resort es muyyyyy aburrido. El entretenimiento es muy flojo. No vuelvo a ese lugar. Mucho dinero para no estar compacts!!😞
