Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at everything is top tier. Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Stunning views of surrounding areas and philea temple. Treat yourself to a massage, the lady was very well trained to give a firm Swedish massage. The downside is the food is a bit random and services is slow - you also don't feel hosted. They need a senior hotel.manager on hand all the time.

The jacuzzi didn’t work and the staff only confirmed once we chased them about it. No real compensation or alternative was given except a refund on dinner. Charged $45 for a boat ride. Extortionate.

Extremely attentive staff made it seem like private concierge service. Being on a separate island was nice to be away from the bustle of town, and it's not isolated, only a 10-15 minute boat ride which is free and on-call from the hotel. Beautiful, beautiful resort

Fantastic getaway and as one quiet and relaxing, beautiful views. Come here to relax and unwind, and not be in the craziness of the city.

This was such a cute stay! I stayed for 2 nights and it felt so quaint and charming, made me feel like I was in Greece! I was nervous about figuring out how to get to the hotel on the island, but the hotel staff was kind enough to arrange a ride and water taxi for me. The spa services were also excellent! Was so relaxing and I highly recommend. The food was also delicious. The staff are so attentive to you, and treat you like royalty!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the quiet, tranquil location. The staff and service was outstanding, everyone was eager to help. The spa facility was exceptional, particularly Zeinab provided an amazing and relaxing experience. The rooms are large and we had a cold jacuzzi which was very nice in the hot weather. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Most amazing breakfast and location next to Philea temple and boat ride to hotel saved an extra cost because you are on the Nile so why pay for excursion then just boat a few minutes to the temple a place like this in America would be $400 a night way so safe go and relax

Am amazing property on an island which overlooks Philae temple. The food at the restaurant was very good (have the Nile perch) and the spa is gorgeous!

Lovely and unique hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice, but they could speed things up by having some coffee in pots already made. Each cup is made individually and slowly. The dinner was just so so. The spa was great. People should be aware they do not serve alcohol, even though is a terrific location for a drink.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Room is super clean, and the hotel staffs are super attentive. What’s the highlight is the view, absolutely gorgeous. Picturesque everywhere. Think I’m coming back again!

Lovely hotel and fabulous spa. The masseuses were both wonderful! Food was good and private hot tub was great.

BenBen was a beautiful property that felt like I was transported to Santorini, Greece. The staff, the hotel, the spa, and rooms were amazing! I’ll definitely visit again.

Incredible property and service. Our room faced the Philae Temple. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious too.

As someone who rarely complains the ratings and reviews about this property are completely inaccurate. The property is on an island where you need to take a boat to get to. The boat is very limited and it is difficult to get onto and off of the island. There are small carts to transport you around the property called “tok tok” they are very scary up and down the hills of the property. They are a safety issue people, they are frightening to ride and unfortunately they’re the only way to navigate the property. I’ve heard several people scream while riding on it. There is limited food available, they have only one small restaurant with very high prices. The food is not worth its price value. The worst part about it was I got sick, and had a headache and fever. We asked the front desk if they had any medication to purchase, they told me they would order it from the pharmacy and would be there in 15 minutes. After 10 phone calls and 5 hours later I finally received the medication. We were expecting better service from the staff at this property. This was a subpar experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property. They’re overpriced and unprofessional.
