Our recent stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home.
A special mention to Mohamed Sobhy at the front desk, who went out of his way to accommodate our large family, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free late check-out. His kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay.
The dining experience was exceptional, thanks to Mohamed, Shams, Ahmed, and Abdel from the restaurant. They provided top-notch service, always attentive to our needs, making sure that every meal was enjoyable and stress-free, especially for our large group. Their friendly and welcoming nature made us look forward to every meal.
A huge shout-out to Mohamed Abdel Azeem from concierge, whose hospitality was beyond expectations. He always greeted us with a big smile and took care of our transportation to and from our villa as if we were family. His genuine kindness and eagerness to help made a lasting impression on us.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect holiday.

The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however we felt a bit misled by the all inclusive we thought we'd get. The all inclusive only includes one restaurant out of many choices and there were restrictions on which alcohol and when we could get them.
I would recommend this place with a good price but don't count on it being all inclusive like you would see elsewhere.

Absolutely loved this resort. Big, beautiful and amazing! I love the private beach. I booked a sea view room and it was an amazing view. Next time will book the “beach view” to be a bit closer to the beach!

The hotel is very good but the staff is terrible there it was never like that people speak in a bad way try to scam your money don’t go any trips with them and the all inclusive is not worth it breakfast is from 7 to 10 and they say there is dinner but there is not so I eat twice a day

Its impossible to be a five star resort.
Air conditioning is NOT working, they don't even have AC in the lobby. Staff is very unprofessional. Rooms is very outdated.
They rely on the guests coimg from a specific nationality, and i'm sure they get it with very very cheap rate. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, but we checked out after 1 night. Its very bad

The pool area was nice and the staff around it were entertaining. The beach party was amazing. The hotel taxi service was convenient. Yasmin and Katrina at the reception were pleasant. I liked the hotel cruise which i booked. Dining options could have been better. The hotel overall was lovely. But very disappointed at the beach.
