Wir kamen um 2 Uhr nachts an das Zimmer war nicht bezogen es dauerte 1 Stunde bis das Zimmer fertig gemacht wurde! Keine Handtücher keine Seife nichts,kein Bett für die Kinder !
Personal, Sauberkeit, essen 0 Sterne!
Dieses Hotel ist leider nichts für den Europäer nur für Einheimische!
Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich sehr schön aber der Schein täuscht!
Wer jeden Tag ,dass selbe essen möchte bzw. Reste vom Vortag ist hier richtig! Wir mussten jeden Abend 25 Kilometer raus fahren um auswärts zu essen!
Wasser bekommt man pro Person eine kleine Flasche auf mehrmals Anfrage bzw anbetteln eine zweite Wasserfalsche kostenpflichtig bei all Inclusive!!! Es gab kein Kinder freundliches Essen!!! Pommes musste man Personal anbetteln für Kinder!
Das Housekeeping wurde von uns mit Trinkgeld belohnt an den ersten/zwei Tagen aber wenn man ein Tag kein Trinkgeld gegeben hat wurde er sehr Aufdringlich und hat auf sein Trinkgeld bestanden und ging uns auf die Nerven,es war uns sehr unangenehm und wir fühlten uns gezwungen ihn jeden Tag Geld zu geben!
Internet bezahlt man 20€ extra für nichts,man hat keine Verbindung .
Auf Anfrage wieso der bezahlte WLAN nicht geht bekommt man gesagt“ Internet ist heute ausgefallen im ganzen Hotel!!! Und das jeden Tag die selbe Antwort!!!!!
Wir würden dieses Hotel keine europäische Familien empfehlen!!!!! Bitte geht die negativen Kommentare gründlich durch!!!!
Wir werden kein Fuß mehr in dieses Hotel setzten meiner Meinung nach Niveau von drei Sterne!
