It’s a nice quaint place tucked up in a quiet hill. This is a religious-leaning place where there is a hall dedicated to Sunday services which are offered Other than that, this place is convenient with lots of restaurants down the hill. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They have full access to locking you out of the property, I stepped out to get medication for my 3 month old son and they would not let me back in and locked me out with 3 doors. I rang doorbell and no one answered. I was outside in the middle of the midnight trying to get in and no one would answer. A lady named Cristina is beyond rude and inconsiderate. I called a number that appears on Google and the owner answered and said to please ring door bell and I told her I rang it for over 40 min and she was worried about me burning the battery of the doorbell. After almost 1 hr standing outside of the hotel building I paid for I was finally let in with doors slamming and with attitude. I’ve stayed in holiday inn and let me tell you I rather pay those $30 more and know I’m safe, can go in and out, and not feel like I am a prisoner to this hotel. They tried leaving me to in the street with all my belongings in the room.

Staff could not find my reservation at first, after finding it all went smoothly, great location

Este lugar la verdad esta mas omenos pero unas cosas que no me gusto es que la.puerta de enfrente sienpre es ta serada i no ay nadie en en la.oficina si tienes que salir muchas veses tienes que estar to cando el trinbre i como si se molestan que uno dentre i salga . Otra cosa dise que el desalluno esta in cluido pero el primer dia solo ofresieron pan con jalea i mantekilla eso no es desalluno. .... Hello this place is not really good to stay cuz u don't have freedom to come in and out . The from door is All the time lock 🔐 if u planning to come in and out they really don't like that They give you the face 😒 . And they say free breakfast but the first day only white bread and jelly or butter. Thats not a breakfast

Felt at home from the minute we arrived, staff are awesome, special thanks to Mary and Cristina, Mary one of most awesome people to meet. This is truly a home away from home, location couldn't be better. Will we return? Absolutely!!

I usually read the reviews before booking a place. The place was clean but the staff was rude. If you're are looking for a place to get in and out whenever you want to, this is not the place. The property is locked and nobody is at the front desk to open the gate. I had a compromise at 7am. I was I had to leave the hotel at 6:30am and couldn't leave because I was locked in. The main entrance and gate for the parking lot were lock. We looked for the staff and they were nowhere to be found. Until someone came on at 7:20am. Almost an hour waiting! I was late to my appointment.

This is a lovely little boutique style hotel in a great location in San Salvador. Clean and comfortable room and lovely outdoor sitting area by the garden. Excellent value for San Salvador. Highly recommendeded.
