Extremely friendly, polite staff, couldnt do enough for us. Room was very clean with no issues at all. Food was great also

My husband and I arrived to a very friendly welcome, the receptionist checked if a room was ready as we arrived early. The room was very clean with a lovely queen size bed, very comfortable. The lady serving at the bar was very friendly and offered to carry our drinks to where we were sitting. The reception and lounge areas were immaculate, the outside area was a lovely place to sit and relax.

Great room and location facilities in room
Great was attending concert at the o2 Apollo short taxi ride away
Only thing room was missing was a mirror for make up and hair due to huge tv drying hair in hallway in front of door mirror not ideal

A small hotel with a homely atmosphere. The staff were very polite and friendly. Excellent location to Old Trafford ManUtd stadium and easily accessible tram station.
