We had 1 night stay as we had to be up early to catch the Eurostar. We had a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were accommodating with keeping the rooms as close together as possible. Great location too. I would just point out that there are no lifts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I flew to London for a fun 4 day weekend. I loved that Alhambra was centrally located as I am a walker. Camden and Camden Market are a beautiful walk along the canal. The Hotel Team were very helpful with directions and questions. Lastly to great relief, the hotel found a lost item of mine ( a ring that had sentimental value) and they are sending it back to me in the states. So happy and so pleased with my stay there.

It is right around the corner from King's Cross - so perfect if you are taking an early morning train. Lots of tiny stairs, so inconvenient for luggage, but they let us keep our largest luggage at the reception area.

Super great location. Extremely close to St Pancras/Kings Cross Station. Front Desk really nice- especially Bruno. Room quit small and no air conditioning- which is not usually a problem in London! Good price!

The hotel was very convenient for St Pancras. The room was very small and just below street level, but this was fine for a short stay overnight and reasonably priced.

They claimed car parking but none was ever available. I was told that there was street parking, not aware that London had that, and NCP nearby. This added 20 gbp to the hotel stay. Furthermore, I took a chance and stopped my car outside the hotel door to unload a heavy suitcase up 8 flights of narrow stairs and when I came back down a traffic warden was slapping an 80gbo fine on my car. Locatiob for the hotel was good but everything else was London. Saddiq Khan has ruined an already bad money grubbing city. I am not enamoured with London yet and I am 75 years old.

Room was clean. Bathroom very small, and very narrow passage ways presenting some difficulty in transporting even regular size suitcases. However, the most difficult aspect was to transfer suitcases down and up the narrow stairways to your assigned room either in the basement or upper floors( no elevator). Also, with no air conditioning system, the small fan provided was inadequate.

The rooms are compact but exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my liking. There is no air con in the room, just a tiny inefffectual fan, that wafted warm air around. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The location is brilliant, just across from St Pancras & Kings Cross - perfect for trips into the city. The only downside with this hotel is that there is no lift, lugging cases up 3 flights of stairs just about finished us off....our legs were like jelly every tike we went up them. God forbid if you forgot something and had to go back up!!

If all you want/need is a bed to sleep in this is your place. Hotel allows for luggage storage which is a nice feature if your room isn’t ready. Be warned there is no elevator. No problem if you packed light. We had quite a bit of luggage to carry up narrow staircase. No a/c. Opened windows wide for air. Room facing busy street.

The location is perfect as it’s closer to the tube/train station and walking distance to British Museum. The main downside was we were there one of the hottest weeks and there is no AC, so it was really hot inside the room. Thankfully they did provide a fan but it was still a bit uncomfortable, and being close to the station it was rather noisy even early in the morning.
