From the moment we arrived we were really impressed. Linda on reception was so lovely and welcoming plus we were able to check in early. The room was a great size, comfortable and has everything you need. We opted to have breakfast in the morning which had a good variety and the staff here were also so friendly. Would stay again

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience so we decided to book again for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted with a smile and a chat and directed to parking (and how to get back to the carpark safely as there were s a lot of building work going on around the hotel. No noise disturbances though. The apartment was brilliant. Just the right size with all the amenities we needed and a semi-hard big strangely comfortable bed. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a range of shops and restaurants in both directions, and an easy drive to lovely parks and open spaces too. Highly recommended.

Great hotel mare steps from the Bullring, however this hotel is on the edge of a sketchy area. As long as you are walking towards the Bull Ring or Moor St. Station, no problem. The other direction???….

Love the room & the front desk. The parking lot they have a deal with was closed due to Easter holiday (& I am aware it is not there fault) causing me to have to park my rental car in a sketchy car park which I didn't really like, & had to pay full price.

Check in was fine. The highlight of my stay was Lorraine at breakfast. Such a lovely friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she just wanted to make sure all her guest were happy. Food was hot and nicely presented. She is a real credit to the hotel.

Coffee pods awful bring your own. Breakfast was really good and other than above room okay. Staff very nice and helpful. It was just the bed / mattress very hard.

My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was brilliant. I would’ve given it five stars but there was an issue with my door lock and it wasn’t resolved. The receptionist looked at it and said there was no one to fix it and the hotel was full. She suggested for me to put chairs behind the door instead. No apologies, etc. I couldn’t sleep well that night as I didn’t feel secured at all but luckily it was just an overnight stay. Upon checkout, I raised it again to make sure that the next guest won’t have the same issue, and the response was “okay, we’ll check it” again, no apologies whatsoever. Disappointing for a 4 star property.

Great stay. Received free upgrade to superior suite. Interior needed attention, couple of things not up to what if say was a superior standard, light switch cover falling off when shutting toilet door, pain on shower roof peeled off, microwave not properly seated in holder. Otherwise very good indeed and certainly will not make too much fuss for what we paid!
