Overall Quest was fine, but the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in them, I could never find a comfortable sleeping position and did not sleep well at all whilst staying there. Also fitted with a comforter that was pocketed at the bottom corners of the bed so you couldn't pull the comforter up far enough. Also had no top sheet, which I found odd. Just seems like like the beds were an afterthought. Because of this, I would not book here again.

Third time staying at the hotel and felt it has slightly gone down hill. Great staff, friendly and couldn't do more for you. But rooms need updating a little, especially bathrooms. Pressure very low, tiles coming off and deep clean of shower head needed.

Good hotel however, the mattress was very cheap. Every time you turned over on the mattress the spring went ping. The photos are deceiving, it’s not as “posh” as the photos show. The fire alarm also woke us up at 7:30am.

This is my second stay at the Quest . Cant fault the place . It is modern comfortable and clean . The room has everything you could need . Iron / ironing board hairdryer dishwasher we even had a washing machine and tumble dryer. Its location is perfect, right by all the shops bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful . I would highly recommend the Quest .

A clean and well decorated property in central Liverpool. It is in a party area, so expect that. Great location for partying with friends due to number of bars and clubs nearby. Great access to public transport eg train and metro.

We had a great stay, it was in the heart of the City Centre, very convenient for restaurants and close to cultural activities and transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus the maintenance guy sorted out our shower hot water problem very quickly and was so helpful.

Staff were excellent. We had room 512 very quiet.
The only thing i would change would be the sofas as they ate not very comfortable. Bed was huge and comfortable. Would sefinatly book again
