The roof bar was poorly under staffed very slow service just to get a drink or two and drinks made with funny mixers had to send back after the ling wait to begin with. Wish the windows would open allow fresh air also. The kiosk to request a special car was not an advancement in service. ~1km to the airport with endless black cabs. Having the hotel (or a phone for us to) just call for an immedoafe taxi would have been FAR easier, quicker and more efficient use of our time. The rest was great!!

The room was fine and mostly clean, but the bed was squishy and not supportive. We took the biggest issue with the lack of assistance in transportation to and from the airport. The hotel hoppa was delayed and the second best option was calling an Uber. We expected the hotel to help call a cab and they just directed us to their kiosks. Overall, would not recommend for an overnight layover.

The property is newer and the rooms were nice. There is not a free airport shuttle and cabs cost around 30 euros to get here despite the fact that it is by the airport. There were no chargers to accommodate international travelers. The showers were very poorly designed.

AWFUL! The worst airport hotel. No sleep at all, I heard every noise.. busy corridors, squeaky floorboards, air con kept switching itself off, unable to open my window as it was about 6ft high and didn’t open - H&S hazard. Very friendly staff - the hotel lets the staff down. I will not stay again - I will go back to Radisson !!!

The property was beautiful! The staff was super helpful and the food at the Sky Bar and PK restaurant was delicious. I think a brochure would be nice to include times when laundry is picked up. My overall stay was great though, and I would visit again.
