Crowne Plaza LEEDS, an IHG Hotel

Everyone was super friendly - reception, spa/pool, bar and restaurant. We had a two year old in our family group and the hotel was fine for him too.

The room was a good size and the beds very large and comfortable. The only issue in the room was that it was a dark room with no direct light where the tea making facilities are which was a hazard. The spa restaurant and general areas were very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Food was amazing everything else was gresty

The staff were really attentive room beautiful and clean nice tea coffee facilities and the use of the spa is a bonus (although we did not have time to use it on this occasion Will definitely stay again

Fantastic stay with my young daughter. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are lovely. The swimming pool is open for such long hours that we managed to take advantage twice, even though we were only there for one night and did other things in the city as well. We enjoyed a great breakfast, with an amazing choice. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyable stay, great facilities (including pool, steam and jacuzzi). Really good breakfast. Will definitely look to stay again when in Leeds!

great hotel with excellent spa

Everything was excellent specially the staff, only thing would be the bed and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable.

Really great hotel, made exceptional by the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful especially Jennifer in the restaurant at breakfast who was able to give all the local tips and advice, and Reece in admin who helped change my booking. Choice at breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and clean as were changing areas. Found the pillows weirdly lumpy but apart from that it was an excellent stay in a great location

From Arrival to check out the staff were very attentive and focussed on making the stay an enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable and smooth

I had a lovely stay at Crowne Plaza with my daughters. We were welcomed with a smile by a friendly receptionist and a different receptionist checked us out with equal charm. We appreciated the delicious drinks at reception and were very comfortable in our room. We all slept very well. We also enjoyed using the fitness suite. The only minor quibble is the water fountain there was difficult to use. The pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely.

Me and my family had a nice stay here. Although the pool was a bit of a fuss to get into as we had to wait ten to twenty minutes for people to go out and there was only four of us going in. As we counted there were 9 people walking out with swimming supplies. When we got in the pool was nice quite small but good for a family of four to five. There was also a hot tub , sauna and steam room as children under 16 were not aloud in them as the sauna and steam room made sense but me and my children did not like the fact they didn’t have the ability to relax in the hot tub. Next, the breakfast was great including the items for a full English or even pastries and they had a variety of things including tropical drinks. The beds were comfy and you couldn’t hear others through walls which was great and there was all of the necessities that you would need. The service including reception was great as my eldest son was sleepwalking and the receptions were really kind as he rang them up and he asked for a extra key to get back into the room and they kindly granted it to him. The actual area of the hotel was great as it was only a short walk into the heart and centre of the city as it was not too far or too close to the loud noises of the city. Although checking in to your room was good but you were only aloud to get into your room upon arriving after three. As children could have had a long day and needed rest as I think your room should either be ready or a ten minute wait upon arrival.

Beautiful hotel , staff friendly and attentive had a very good nights sleep - lovely restaurant really enjoyed my stay !

The staff were always very friendly and approachable and the standard of facilities at the hotel were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone having a weekend away in Leeds.

We had a wonderful time at Crown plaza Leeds last weekend. Impressed with staff, especially May [staff member] who served us at the breakfast. She was very kind and welcoming. She provided a lovely experience. The only thing I would say about property is, it require a bit of maintenance, like locks are broken pretty much in every room, water dispenser is out of order, side lights on the beds are not working and unable to connect TV with laptop and mobile for the entertainment. I hope when we visit next time these issues are resolved.
