Enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Leeds. Reception staff friendly and we were met with ice cold juice & cake which the children enjoyed. Pool is a good size. Rooms comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, food was delicious, staff were great. Our only negative feedback was the staff member on the leisure club reception did not speak to guests and interact with them in the same warmth and politeness as the other people we met. But overall really good stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Arrived to a lovely welcome from efficient staff and was very content with the room. Enjoyed the different areas to sit but never discovered why the Club lounge was locked.

We have stayed here several times and found it to be good value for money. The pool makes the stay even nicer.

Rooms were nice and comfy. Bathrooms were a little tired as is the spa area. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and we had to sit on temporary tables which weren't comfortable as installed the wrong way so no space for legs

Great hotel for my business trip to Leeds. There was a lounge for hotel guests with free food and drinks which was an excellent touch. Gym, pool and spa. I will return.

We stayed here for 1 night on the 27th April. The customer service team Yazza and Jade who greeted us were very friendly . We payed for breakfast which was excellemt and plentiful. The hotel is beautiful and about 15 to 20 minutes tops walking distance from leeds train station .The rooms were quiet very clean and with comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location close to shopping areas. Located by a busy road but no noise heard within the hotel.

Best hotel in Leeds! Highly recommend. I stayed this week. A most wonderful hotel, due to genuine warmth, friendliness and absolute professionalism of staff. Clean, smart, professional, relaxed, lovely food and drinks and just right. Excellent location. I was blown away by the great vibes of the staff team - their kindness, smiles and best wishes, and how well they helped me with all sorts of little things day by day like arranging food, adding nights onto my stay, check out times, room service, meals, room cleaning, bringing extra water etc. The reception team are all incredibly welcoming. I would like to personally mention Yasser on reception who I saw most. He couldn’t have been nicer and so professional to me and other guests. Thank you so much Yasser - you really made a tough for me much smoother and I really am so grateful to you. Thank you Jade, Abbey and Lily on the front desk from time to time and really appreciated all their help too. The bar staff were fantastic - Karl Titus Jeffrey and Sammy. It’s a very cool area and very relaxed. Thank you for great drinks and organising room service - I really appreciated and enjoyed the food and drinks and your upbeat hospitality. The breakfasts had a great selection, hot and fresh and all so well organised by Kevin. Really lovely start to the days thank you. The rooms were exceptionally clean and housekeeping brought extra water and big smiles every day, slept really well thank you Ellie and Sugar! Fabulous! 🙏❤️

Lovely rooms and breakfast good

It was nice, however the lighting is awful! I had to get ready at my friends because there was a lamp and wall light, the natural light was awful BC the window was so small, I can't believe there was no main light, will not stay again

Everyone was super friendly - reception, spa/pool, bar and restaurant. We had a two year old in our family group and the hotel was fine for him too.

The room was a good size and the beds very large and comfortable. The only issue in the room was that it was a dark room with no direct light where the tea making facilities are which was a hazard. The spa restaurant and general areas were very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
