Superb and attentive staff. Spotless comfortable room. Shower was first-rate with hand-held and ceiling shower heads. Easy walking distance to some sites, short ride to others.

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. Hotel offers a nice view of Parliament building and the downtown city area.
You can also explore some nice pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Grocery stores are also within walking distance.
Topping it off is the rooftop restaurant which is very lively and offering some of the best views of London during sunset.

Within walking distance of Big Ben and the London eye! A few feet from the Thames river. Clean and comfortable. A “ deli “ right next to the hotel where you can grab all you snacks and much more. Perfect location and hotel in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend.

Upon check in the clerk tried to place me in a lower level room, when I paid for a high floor with a view. The bed was horrible. So uncomfortable, my back hurt the entire time in London. There is nothing close by, no tube station, etc. Dining in the restaurant and room service were subpar and very expensive. The view was very nice once I was on a higher level floor. Housekeeping was also great!

Beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view of Big Ben! For a traditional English breakfast and an authentic local experience check out the Queen's Head - an easy walk to the neighborhood one block behind the hotel.

Very nice hotel and although room was not ready, staff sorted it out so we could get into a room. Transport is either taxi or walk and no parking or valet available. Overall, still a nice stay
