Disabled parking right outside entrance to hotel, EV chargers right outside hotel. The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable was no trouble at all. Staff like her are few and far between nowadays. Hotel is due a revamp in the near future I believe, which will further enhance the facilities and stay experience.

Arrived Thursday early evening, the lovely lady at reception was friendly and helpful. She also remembered my friend and i from November last year. We were given our key cards, as we had both booked in on line, put in the car registration at the desk.
My room was clean and what i was expecting. Good 2 night stay.

Our room was an accessible room, as requested. My husband is unable to walk more than a few yards and He also suffers with COPD, which necessitates his having to have two machines to provide and distribute oxygen throughout the night.
The bathroom was large and had many grab handles, but there was a BATH, not a shower! How was my husband supposed to get into a bath?
There was ONE socket in the bedroom. ONE socket for two critical oxygen machines and a fan, not even a USB loint for charging our mobile phones.
What an extremely disappointing experience over the two nights. Never again.

surprised to be charged an extra £5 for overnight parking...for a motorcycle!

The reception staff where amazing and very helpful however the room was filthy! Curtains torn, hanging down, stains on the walls! Broken sink, dirty stained toilet, shower was dirty and stained. Carpets were torn and stained. £90 including disabled parking. Total disgrace!

A cheap overninght stay.
Staff approachable and very helpfull.
Place is tiered and in need of updating.
Carpets and walls stained.The wholle building did no smell great.
Supper clean bedding and towles. Dated but effective shower.

Location is convenient to travellers and within the vicinity of Welcome Break. Cost of accommodation is affordable.
However, property needs updating. Walls are moldy (bathroom), shower basin covered in stain, and the room smells musty. All of us woke up in the morning with bad cough. Booked for 3 but just provided amenities for 2.

Staff were excellent, chatty and very friendly.
Quick asn easy to check in. Bedroom was large and clean, usual tea,coffee provided.
However bathroom was outdated and not that clean unfortunately.

Not told about paying for car parking at the hotel, first we heard of it was when receptionist asked for parking fee.
Bathroom sink had a massive creak right across the basin. Shower tray obviously had something stuck to the floor, since taken up and all the residue left, looked awful. The shower head was too high for me and had very limited movement with a spray of mist coming out from around the jets of water. Lights in room didn't work properly, door handles were taken off, untidy looking then knobs put on door, totally shabby 70s looking doors. The curtains were hanging off the rails and just left hanging. The mattress on both beds had big dips in the middle and the springs were extremely noisy.
Maintenence is obviously not a high priority here, or the workmen doesn't have any skills.
