What Guests Say About Their Stay

Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. We spent an afternoon there across the various rooms. A few hours relaxing in the spa garden was the perfect way to pass an afternoon on a warm day. Only a couple of minor niggles - I called the reception a couple of times and nobody answered. We were there during the heatwave and found that the AC is set so it won't go below 19 so we had to close all the blinds in the room the entire time and found that they were effectively acting as radiators with the heat. We asked for a fan to be bought up and my wife had to ask a second time in regards to that before they provided one. Also as someone that absolutely loves coffee I was really disappointed with the coffee here. I don't think it's that difficult to improve but I get the feeling all the coffee comes from automated machines rather than someone making it by hand. It could be improved very easily by getting fresher beans and some training for staff. Lovely stay overall and would go back here or to another hotel from the same chain with no reservations.

I've stayed in many hotels across the UK over the past 50 years, and I can honestly say that Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is the finest I've ever experienced. If you can find fault with this place, I'd genuinely be amazed. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the views are beautiful, and the historic character of the hall radiates through every room. It has a warmth and elegance that's very difficult to put into words. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable. The beds and pillows provide one of the best night's sleep I've had in years, the showers have excellent water pressure, and every part of the accommodation feels luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. The spa is equally impressive. It's spacious, beautifully designed and wonderfully relaxing. Every member of staff is welcoming, attentive and clearly passionate about creating an exceptional experience. I also stepped well outside my comfort zone and booked a one-hour deep tissue full-body massage. I'd always avoided massages because I was worried someone might aggravate existing problems with my back or legs. I couldn't have been more wrong. The therapist was outstanding. I walked in with stiffness and discomfort, and walked out standing straighter than I had in months. It was genuinely one of the most beneficial treatments I've ever had, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. What really sets Fawsley Hall apart, thoug

Staff were lovely, the room was nice however not maintained to a five star standard as an armchair was heavily stained in the room and general upkeep could have been better. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, spa was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some rooms near us had ordered room serve and their trays of half finished food outside their rooms was left out all day. In the end we had to ask a member of staff to clear the away. Dinner at the brasserie was nice. All in all a pleasant stay but not 5 star.

Fabulous grand manor that’s been updated and converted. Good use of glass for atrium areas that feel warm. They take good pride in their food and for good reason - everything was absolutely delicious and at the highest levels, quite shocking for such a small place. But book your seating right away and early - limited seating.

We had a wonderful stay at Fawsley Hall. The interior stunningly reflects the Halls history and the rooms were spacious and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which was relaxing and delicious. The following morning we had breakfast in bed which was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel stay. What stood out the most was the staff. They were impeccable & highly professional. They took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. All in all it was lovely, relaxing breakaway from the kids and this will be our new go to hotel. Already looking forward to returning.
