It’s not the perfect hotel but as a base to explore London for a few days it’s ideal

Great stay clean and comfy

The room was clean. Bathroom is very small but for the one night stay was okay for us. Check-in and Check-out was hassle free. Hotel is close to city centre.

The room I had was small, but adequate for my needs. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. I had no problems and the price I paid was amazingly low for London. I would definitely use this hotel again if I needed to.

A hotel close to St Pancras. However, really disappointed that the document we were asked to complete was left on the reception desk all night and still there when we left in the morning.

Clean and served a purpose for 1 night stay. We were at the front of the hotel at ground level and it was very noisy.

Really friendly staff, easy check in, perfect location. Room was clean and bed comfy. Fan in room was much appreciated. Windows could do with updating- v busy road and a lot of traffic noise all night. Also other residents were banging/ shouting throughout the night which I appreciate is difficult to police. All in all was exactly what we needed and was great for one night but was not a good night’s sleep.

The location is probably the best thing about this place. You can leave the hotel at any time, which is exactly what you will want to do because staying inside is not something you would enjoy. The overall experience was disappointing. The manager was quite grumpy and had trouble understanding or speaking English, which made even simple communication frustrating. There is no option for early or late check in, and there is no luggage storage either. That is somewhat understandable since the room itself feels smaller than a typical storage cupboard. I booked through Expedia based on the photos, but I was genuinely shocked when I arrived. The room looked nothing like the images and was maybe a quarter of the size shown online. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

Meh, what you would expect from a budget hotel. It did feel like they tired.

Staff were friendly and location was great. Property was quite run down and could do with face lift. Our room had no ventilation as all the windows where boarded up and on the fist night we discovered that this was to keep the rats out that we could hear scratching on the wooden panels. This made the room uncomfortably hit and you couldn’t tell if it was night or day. The shower had some molding it and the radiator in the bathroom was rusty. You could feel the springs in the mattress. It’s stated daily maid service and we stayed for 3 nights and our bins where not emptied so a maid did not enter our room

The room that was given to us was dirty, with beer bottles, bed undone, paper everywhere. They change the room for us however the ‘clean’ room was still not great. The receptionist was without shoes and his socks were drying in the heater next door. It was disgusting. The smell of the whole place was gross. You shouldn’t be selling this hotel in this platform.

It was very good value for money and if I was going to London again I would happily stay again

We got what we needed. Basic no frills, but very clean and tidy. Central location for St Pancras Int station. We were on the ground floor so got awoken at 5am by the stampead leaving very noisy. Friendly staff.

We didnt get the rooms we booked- we booked 2 x 2 queen rooms, we got 1 with a double and single and 1 with 3 singles, bot a major issue but not what we booked. It was a heatwave weekend, 1 of the rooms had a fan and the other didnt, it was incredibly warm! The other room id booked apparently the toilet smelled quite badly. Most importantly be asare you cant store luggage at yhis hotel, its the first hotel ive stayed at that doesnt allow this, we were fortunate enough to have a guy on reception that pet us leave our luggage on check in but we payed premier in. On our way back for storage

Simple budget stay

The room was as big as a shoe box, and i booked for three of us. not like the Expedia photos at all. Had to step sideways to move around due to no where for our luggage. the 'bathroom' was an even smaller box in the room, and smelt disgusting. the room was hot, smelly and thank god we only had it for 1 night.

Using the term “hotel” for this place is generous. When we arrived, there was no lobby of any kind, just a desk at the end of a hallway with no signage of any kind. There was no one at the desk upon our arrival, after several minutes, an employee arrived. We eventually went to our room (at the bottom of the smallest staircase known to man), the room was extremely crammed and not well kept. The shower was barely big enough for one adult and was dirty / potentially moldy? We had booked 8 nights at this place, we didn’t end up staying even 45 minutes as we felt uneasy at this place. Then, we were not able to get a refund of any sort - which is ridiculous as we did not stay even one night. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Was not too happy the room I booked in the picture was not the correct room. Much smaller room not too happy.

The staff were very, very nice. However, the actual room was not. There was no air conditioning, but they were able to find me a fan for my second night. The shared bathrooms were not very clean, and there was a spring sticking out of my mattress.
