It was great for what we need - close to Gatwick- clean - comfortable beds - affordable!

Undated shower/ bathroom Tv didn’t work Lighting didn’t work either Was convenient for flight the next morning close to Gatwick

Convenient to the airport for early flights, a bit noisy, floors upstairs not sound proof and can hear other guests walking/talking

Just stayed for one night in prep for a very early Gatwick flight. Very comfortable room and facilitied and very close to the airport.

Nice room, neat and well equipped. A bedside lamp would be nice. Also, the site says parking is £8 but the charge is £10. But good for an early Gatwick flight.

. Dirt under bed. Cobwebs on ceiling. Light bulbs not working. Rude unwelcoming staff.

Perfect for a night for us before Gatwick travel. Could hear a bit of noise from beliw, but nothing from other rooms. Had all we needed.

Door was hanging off the wardrobe and a few other loose things with the furniture, otherwise excellent

Booked this stay as had an early flight at Gatwick the next morning. My journey getting there was very long but once I got there it was a pleasant stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean, they provide towels, tea and coffee station and the bed was comfy too. I thought it was quite lovely and would likely stay there again

Good convenient location, friendly service, clean facilities, unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the room above all through the night making it hard to rest.

The property is very close to the airport. The area it is located, is very quiet and safe.

Everything we needed for a stay before heading to the airport. Nothing fancy but clean and reasonably priced. Great location for airport. Friendly, helpful staff.

The nauseating and lingering curry smell when you enter the property combined with lack of water pressure in the shower (it was literally dripping water out) made this an overall bad experience. Lesson learnt.

Had 2 rooms booked but there was an issue with property and Expedia booking, had a call from property saying did we want to cancel whilst we were on route, with no resolution! Said I would escalate through Expedia, then had a call back 20 mins later saying a twin room was now available instead of the double room, would we agree to that. We had no option so agreed, when I arrived the receptionist who called us was dismissive of it all and then said there was a £10 charge to park at the property, which I asked to waive due to the issues however, he said no chance, asked him to speak with manager but he said no because he would be sleeping and that the room situation was fixed so that was it, I was not impressed, he was not very welcoming to say the least! As the rooms were being issued the manager called and I spoke to him about the situation, was much better, apologised and offered free parking for the 5 hours we were there, not a great experience, manager fixed but the rest, not great. The price is reasonable for the rooms but fridges are noisy and there were insects on ceiling as the windows were open, if u need somewhere cheap to stay over, it is ok but not great experience for us
