So easy from Heathrow T2. Surprisingly quiet even though basically right at the airport. Didn’t hear one plane.

This is THE hotel to stay at, if you have an early flight out of Term 2 or 3. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you stay in the "outer" hotels you have other expenses, and the hassle/ uncertainty/ wasted time of getting from or to your hotel
Hotel itself: First class. Good in house restaurant. Rooftop cocktail bar. Morning buffet- wide choice, good food. Ignore Expedia's confusing breakfast "options"- The less expensive one gives you everything.
If arriving at airport by car, the hotel has its own entrance- don't pay for the terminal drop off.
Easy walk, not out in the elements, to/ from tube station in Term 2.
I imagine Terminal 5 also has a very close hotel... but I'd still stay at Hilton Garden. Take care to get RIGHT "Hilton" "at" Heathrow. You want the one AT to Terminal 2/3. "Hilton Garden Inn"

Can’t beat the convenience of this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and dining options are excellent. Only complaint is the early check-in fee.
