Always such a good Place to stay

Booked for new year as we wanted to be together but wanted a quiet one. Lil one loved it..was spacious. I have ocd and this place was spotless take it from me more cleaner than 5* hotels up central. Ana was lovely she checked on us throughout our stay. She would text to see all is well anything i need she responded quick and was also soo quick to cater to us. Really made our stay. Very good price too. Thank youu xxx

Booked the presidential suite. And a presidential suite it was not!. Just a slightly larger room with a table and chairs and a sofa. Had to plug the kettle in next to the bed as there were no sockets were the tea station is, only one mirror in the room and no sockets anywher near the mirror so my two daughter's and my wife couldn't straighten their hair and get ready to go out as they should be able too. And all of this cost over £600 GBP for 2 nights + breakfast + parking

Comfortable and pleasant

Pleasant weeks stay, friendly, helpful staff, food and drinks were great.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great, however the glass which was left for drinking water was very dirty . The food at the restaurant was also good so no complaints there.

On arrival the reception was excellent and we were ask had we been before and we confirmed that we had and this weekend and staying in the Hilton at Croydon was our annual trip from Gloucester to visit family-Everything was excellent and all staff were very polite and helpful-We are going to stay at the Hampton by Hilton at Waterloo in October-Tim & Debs

Dear whom this may concern I stayed at the hilton Hotel on the 13th August for one night on a special occasion with my partner as we like this hotel and have stayed before which was pleasant. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time for various reasons. Only one channel worked on the TV and as we were trying to fix it, we had a complaint about noise. It made us feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the evening as we weren't actually making any.  In the morning I woke to make us coffee to find there was no milk, coffee or sugar. I called reception which then took 20 minutes for someone to bring. I wouldn't usually complain as I like this hotel but I found the stay very unsatisfying and feel that I have to email, we paid £120 so as you can understand I'm very disappointed. If there's anything that can be done il be very grateful Thankyou Jessica

Nice, clean, lovely hotel. Safe where professional and friendly.

Nice hotel and good location. The only downside is £15.00 to park the car overnight. Daylight robbery!

Staff were extremely helpful. Dined in restaurant. Food excellent though did not expect the compulsory service charge. Breakfast had a large variety to reject from. All in all a great stay. Will definitely return.

Great stay, location really good for our trip to Crystal Palace park. Hotel very clean and bright and breakfast was excellent, plenty on offer.
