We was leaving hotel when we went to get in our car our front tyre was completely flat . The lovely man on the front desk got us a pump so we could get to a garage with it amazing service thank you

Terrible.
Put in a room next to the lift that vibrated the room all night.
Breakfast awful, looked like it had been out for days. Receptionist wouldn’t offer a refund on even the breakfast that we didn’t eat, nevermind an apology on the room

The hotel has decorated the bedrooms which is good. The bathroom was not clean and smelt of urine. They need to increase the size of the car parking spaces as there is no room to get in and out of your car due to others parking too close.

Everything was fine accept the TV. It was driven by the wi-fi. When l logged into prime l found the tv buffering presumably at busy times. It spoilt the tv viewing on certain channels. Luckly l had my tablet which seemed to handle it better.
