I've paid for hotel when I've booked with hotels.com and on arrival lady asked for my card, I thought it was just for authorisation but found out next day she actually charged me again for same room. After speaking to 3 different people managed to get refund but no apologies whatsoever. To be honest not very happy with that!

The beer was flat

Great location next to the car park and right in the city centre - clean and tidy, would definitely stay again

Good location right near the train station. Hotel itself is as you would expect for a holiday inn. Unfortunately, it was a little bit noisy even though we were on the sixth floor (construction outside). Also there was quite a bit of light coming through the curtains which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at the roundabout 8 am which thankfully was a false alarm. It meant that we had a very disjointed sleep.

GReat place with charming staff, what more could one as for!

The stay overall was ok. However, I didn’t appreciate that I was put on a floor that hadn’t been renovated even though I was staying there for a week. I eventually asked for a change of room and staff accommodated the request.

Close to bull ring and lots of restaurants

Close to centre and the theatre I was going to vibrant area shopping and restaurants . Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast Parking close by the hotel.

Although we had to wait for our room to be ready, we were asked if we wanted a different room but we were in no rush, we had an excellent stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was lovely. I have stayed here for business in the past and was not disappointed then and was not disappointed this time! Highly recommend
