Absolutely great - everything we needed. Easy, quick check-in with helpful staff. Great location, just a short wander into the city centre. Convenient parking next door with a 50% discount on the price via the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Very comfy beds, a choice of pillows, plenty of room, huge tv and a lovely bathroom with a spectacular shower - was like power-washer! Toiletries provided and plenty of clean towels. Delicious breakfast included too. 5☆

It was a great experience. Though the hotel had a bit of AC technical issue, the manager and other staff had been very actively to help us, resulting in a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Parking next to hotel is £32 per 24hrs. There is parking for £15 per 24hrs but that is further away.
Family room sofa bed very uncomfortable and receptionist pretty fed up and thought we had asked for the moon when i requested some extra pillows, but bathroom was lovely and clean.

Good value for money hotel, choice of rooms on arrival which was good, comfortable bed and excellent (ice cold) air conditioning in room, shower a bit weak but useable, so overall room was very good for the price. The only gripe for me was the breakfast room, totally chaotic !!! If i stayed here again in the school holidays i would eat breakfast out !! To be fair the staff in the breakfast room deserve a medal... overall decent value for money and walkable from new street station if you are reasonably fit.

The hotel stay almost got five stars from me but was let down by a few areas that weren’t really disabled friendly. The main one being no access to the breakfast serving area (stairs only), apparently it’s being rectified in September, the staff were helpful but there’s nothing like deciding yourself what you want to pick for breakfast.
The staff were great though, especially at check-in, really trying to make your stay the best.

Ideal location for Snow Hill station, close to the city centre. A couple of minor issues with the room were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Excellent service from all members of staff throughout the stay. Excellent breakfast.

Large busy hotel for short stayovers: close to tram and bus stops and walkable to city centre.
Breakfast was a challenge for staff when very full; constantly running out of cutlery, plates, milk and fiianlly pastries. Little cold food offer; fruit just apples.

Nice central property but the air conditioning was not working and apparently hadn’t been working in the rooms for many weeks. The windows also do not open. They make no mention of this until you get to the hotel which is both disappointing in the current warm weather and feels underhand to ensure you can’t cancel and book elsewhere.

Bed broken, Air Conditioning broken, staff were rude when I asked for Ice to cool down in the middle of a heat wave. I have stayed here numerous times, it used to be fantastic but each time I stay it gets progressively worse but the prices increases. Even the breakfast that used to be fantastic is now poor. Moving forward I will be looking for a new hotel to with on my numerous visits. Very unhappy!

I was with grandson and at 5.30pm was assured there would be hot food available on our return at 7 very tired and in heat.however when we returned we were told no food available at all so had to go out again with a very tired young grandson spoilt his day and mine.difficult to find somewhere suitable when not lical so quite a walk
