Very convenient dog friendly stop before channel crossing. Unfortunately previous guests had drunk bar dry. No beer.

Not great. For the price I paid for a Holiday Inn Express (which was frankly higher than most others I have stayed at), the condition and comfort were poor. The shower amenities were empty (finished and not refilled), beds looked like they were made in a hurry (not tucked in fully). The worst was the A/C didn't work all night. I complained to the staff twice in-person at reception and once through the intercom but nothing was fixed all night. I requested for my room to be changed but they kept telling me they would reset the A/C and to wait. Eventually I went to bed sweating all night. Overall, for the price you end up paying, I'd suggest avoiding this hotel as it's not up to scratch with interiors or breakfast buffet either.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years but feel the hotel has gone down hill. Not enough staff at check in, cot not room despite booking. Aircon not working, shower head didn’t stay up to have shower!!! And now charged for parking!!!! Won’t be staying again and definitely note with the price to stay!!!

First surprise was having to pay more than 3 times the previous rate to bring our dog, Parking, which was previously free for residents of the hotel is now charged for on a per night basis. This is on top of of an inflated room price, compared to our last visit. On arrival our room was clean. However, it wasn’t till after dinner that we understood why the windows had been left open. We noticed a strange odour in the room, so, after a 5 hr journey we werent minded to request a change of rooms so we opened the windows again and slept with them that way. The dinner itself was disappointing - the breaded chicken was on the edge of cremation. On the plus side, the chips and greens were fine. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Completely adequate motel. We stayed to catch the early LeShuttle to Calais. It was extremely convenient.

Everything was perfect apart from being kept awake all night by dogs barking and people walking their barking dogs up and down the corridor. Not much fun being awake from midnight with a 8 hour drive to do this morning!!

Friendly staff, in particular Chris who took the time to talk to my very chatty son at breakfast.

It suited all my requirements for a very convenient hotel close to the shuttle facilities and I would certainly stay again if occasion demanded

The room was very basic and run down. It hadnt been cleaned properly and the soap dispensers etc were empty. Advertised as having air conditioning but unable to change to a comfortable level so was too hot. Incredibly noisy first thing in the morning. Food was ok

Great stopover if using the tunnel. Pleasant helpful staff

Really nice hotel, very practical location, close to the Eurotunnel. Staff who checked us in could be more smiley

Great location for le shuttle!

Everything was fine but found having yo pay for parking and £30 for the dog excessive. Will stay in france in future as charge for pet is 5 euro and parking free
